Angered. Jedi Generals Zen Maruno, Kit Fisto and Aalya Secura are sent to Devaron in order to secure the planet back into Republic control. The Separatist once again allied with Death Watch to make sure the planet remain Separatist control. During the battle at Temple of Eedit, Zen and his clone battalions face a hard ship where they get separated. After escaping from Kirina in their duel, Zen saw half of his battalions are killed including Clone Commander Harper is executed in front of him. But because of that, Zen tap into the dark side.
(Devaron) (Temple of Eedit)
After what happened in the battle, Zen and Vizsla are now engage in a lightsaber duel. Unlike the usual way when Zen use his skill, but he is consumed by anger and grief when half of his battalions including Harper is killed. Zen throw some slash and kick Vizsla away, sending him into the wall.
Zen: You call yourself a warrior, and yet you killed someone like that without pride? You disgust me.
Vizsla: How dare you speak such shame toward us! We are the pride warrior of Mandalore!
He reignite the Darksaber and boost himself with jetpack, and stab Zen in the gut with it. Smile with the success, he look at Zen. But in his disbelief even more, Zen didn't flinch nor feeling pain by it.
Vizsla: What? How?
Zen: I'm not someone like you think I am.
He turn and kick Vizsla away, as the Darksaber pulled out from his body. Zen walk toward Vizsla as they continue their duel. The warriors and droids did nothing but watch the duel. Zen swing down his lightsabers, making Vizsla block the attack. Vizsla push Zen away before shoot rocket from his jetpack, but Zen move to the side and the rocket hit far side of the temple before it explode. Zen rush forward and thrust lightsaber forward, as Vizsla use the Darksaber to block it by sliding the lightsaber away. Vizsla bring down the Darksaber and perform an upper slash but Zen use the lightsaber in his left hand to block it before hold his other lightsaber in backward and swing it, hit slightly at Vizsla's face.
Vizsla: Argh!
He back away as a small scar left at his left cheek.
Vizsla: Blast him! Kill him!
The Death Watch warriors and droids aim their guns at Zen, before start shooting at him. Zen turn around and deflecting the blast bolts, as Vizsla turn around and rush out from the temple. Zen use the Force to boost himself forward and slash down the battle droids first, taking down the droids one by one without they able to hit him with a shot. Now the Death Watch warriors left, Zen turn toward them before he rush for them with a shout. Outside the temple, Vizsla tap onto the control at his brace band.
Vizsla: They didn't tell me about this!
Then a starship comes in and it is a Mandalorion Kor'mk-class transport and fighter ship.
