Naruto stumbled into a darkened room, hoping to find a place to lie down and compose herself.
The room was cold, the window was open and the air smelled of expensive cigars. Dragging herself to the soft black comforter she lied back on the bed trying to calm her sniffles.
She was upset, she couldn't believe Gaara had left her by herself. Even going as far as causing a scene saying that she needed to pull the stick out of her ass and stop being so uptight all the time. He had embarrassed her in front of a crowd full of people she didn't know, then left her alone in a house where anything could happen to her, where anyone could get to her.
Even after taking deep breaths and counting Naruto couldn't stop the tears and sniffling. She had to find a way to get home, but she'd left her phone in Gaara's car.
'Everyone here is too drunk to drive' she thought. 'I can't walk either, I don't know the way'.
"Why are you crying" the voice came from the other side of the room by the window. Naruto stood up and whipped her head toward the source of the sound. She could see smoke floating out of the open window. With the help of the moonlight, she was just barely able to make out the silhouette of the man sitting there. Why hadn't she noticed him before? Had he been watching her the entire time?
"I-i'm sorry I didn't t-think anyone was in here, I didn't intend to b-bother you" she stuttered in reply, she didn't know who this guy was but she surely didn't want to piss him off knowing she had just smushed her wet face all over his bed.
"Mhm," the deep voice rumbled again "Do you intend to answer my question?"
"I-i'm sorry?"
"Why. Are. You. Crying. Naruto." The man had drawn out every word as if she was a child struggling to understand. On the off-hand, the sound of her name coming off the man's tongue had forced tingles up her spine and a fluttering in her stomach.
"My-my friend, he...um he left me here by myself and I don't have anyone to take me home. I-i really am sorry, I didn't mean to- I'll leave now I-" She had had her head down; fists clenched at her sides, when a cold hand grabbed her chin and forced her to look up and him.
'When did he get so close?'
"I've had a few drinks myself...I'm sure you wouldn't want me driving while intoxicated" his hand trailed to the tear-stained whiskered cheek before finding its way into the soft blonde hair of the small girl "You could spend the night with me...and I'll take you home in the morning"
With the moonlight illuminating the two Naruto could finally see the beautiful man that stood in front of her.
"S-sasuke"
"What do you say, Naruto?" Her name had never sounded so good uttered from another tongue. "Yes or No" Sasuke's free hand had found its way onto the small of her back and slowly trailed it's way higher, Naruto could hear the metal clicking against itself as he played with the zipper of her dress.
"Yes...or No" the deep voice sounded again. Dark grey eyes met deep blue as Sasuke studied Naruto's features.
"I-i uhm-" she was speechless she knew exactly what the raven was implying they'd do if she agreed. And she couldn't deny the want she held for him either.
"You what?" Sasuke had pulled her flush against him. Naruto had noticed that somewhere along the interaction she had stopped crying.
"Hm?"
She could feel it as Sasuke's breath fanned out across her lips. She felt his eyes boring into her. His hand danced across her back while the other ran through her hair.
"Answer me, Naru"
'Naru, when had he started calling me that?'
She couldn't remember but god did she want to hear it again. Yes or no. Call her crazy but the blonde quickly concluded that she'd rather blame it on the alcohol and face the consequences of her actions in the morning.
"...Yes" she whispered.
