   I watched as the moon started to rise; I was finally become a fucking warrior tonight. After the ceremony when I was going to meet Spade and find out what he needed to tell me. 

   "Clan meeting!" Gingerstar called. 

   Everyone started to gather around, not many looking very happy about what was about to happen. "Today Halfpaw will become a warrior, Halfpaw step forward please" she said. 

   I took a few steps forward to get in front of the crowd of cats. "Do you promise to defend your clan even if it costs your life?" 

   "Yes." I lied. Right through my teeth. 

   "Then with the power that starclan has granted me, you will now be known as Halfface" I froze right when she said that name. Of course! "You all are dismissed," Gingerstar said. 

   She climbed off the rock approaching me, "You want to get something to eat then go outside camp to sit your vigil?" She asked. 

   "Yes" I sneered. 

   "Is something wrong Halfface?" she asked. 

   I glared at her, she can't be serious?  "Oh no, everything is fine!" I fumed. 

   "What is it?" Gingerstar asked.

    "Wh- what's wrong? You just named me Halfface! After the way I look! Oh, I am perfecting fucking fine!" I started to raise my voice; I didn't care if everyone was staring at me. "Well, it's after the way you look, Halfface, and I am required to name you after your looks, personality, or after something good you have done," she explained. 

   I just looked at her leaving camp to sit my 'vigil'. 

   I waited awhile until I was sure everyone was asleep, then I headed out to the warehouse.

   Once I arrived, I saw that cats were busy, I headed in more to see a shecat she looked no older than 9 moons being cornered by 2 toms. I would normally ignore them but something inside me this time told me to help. 

   I saw the one tom lung at the young shecat with his jaw outspread. I jumped between them not even thinking, and fuck it hurt. The tom immediately backed off once he realized who he just bit. "Halfpaw-! We-" he stuttered. 

   I slashed him across the face snarling, "It's Halfface now! Leave the shecat be. And be lucky I am sparring you and your dumbass friend" him and his friend had then looked at each other hurrying off into the crowd of cats. 

   I turned around and I noticed that she must have been carrying herbs, because they were scattered around her, and she was on her stomach with her paws covering her face. I picked up the herbs and set them down gently in front of her, she removed her paws from her eyes. I saw her bright green eyes look up at me, she had black fur and three white paws. 

   "H-halfpaw- I mean- face! Thank you!" She squeaked. 

   She picked them up and started to leave but I called her back, she turned around and stood in front of me. "Y-yes?" 

   "What's your name?" I asked. 

   "Z-zipper. Why?" 

   "No reason. I will see you around Zipper" I watched her scamper off to wherever she chose to have her nest. I remembered that I had to talk to Spade about a few things, so I hurried to his back room to find him to be finishing up eating his shrew. He looked up to see me and he stopped and jumped off his crate I would always find him on. 

   "Halfpaw-" 

   "Halfface" I corrected. 

   "Halfface... Great to see you"
