Third Person POV

Damon groans as he wakes up in his new home. The jail cell in his house basement being guarded by his younger brother Stefan.
'Where is my ring?' he groans as he stirs
'Won't be needing it anymore' Stefan replies simply from behind the door.
'How long have I been here?'
'Three days'
'What are you doing?'
'During the dark ages when a vampire's actions threatened to expose or bring harm upon the entire race, they would face judgment. They sought to reeducate them rather than to punish them' Stefan informs his brother who just rolls his eyes.
'You know what will happen if i don't... Feed on blood' he threatens but Stefan doesn't look phased.
'You'll grow weaker and weaker. Eventually you won't be able to move or speak. In a week your skin will desiccate, and you'll mummify. A living corpse. Unable to hurt anyone. Ever'
'So what, you're just going to leave me in the basement, forever?'
'I've injected you with enough vervain to keep you weak. Once your circulation stops, I'll move you to the family crypt, and then in 50 years, we can reevaluate'
Damon chuckles. 'I'm stronger than you think'
'You always have been. But you're not stronger than the vervain. And we both know it. I'm sorry. Didn't have to be this way' Stefan reminds his brother before walking away leaving him to rot.

Georgia's POV

I take a sip of my tea as Jenna works through some paperwork. Suddenly a hear some angry footsteps.
'Sound like Elena's up' I chuckle and Jenna laughs
'Good one Gige' she says as Elena comes into the kitchen
'Jenna! Are you aware of what's going on upstairs?' she asks, clearly she must've seen Vicki.
'Uh-huh!'
'And you have no objection?
'He could be craftier about it though don't you think, at least make an effort to sneak her in and out' I add
'No I don't really have an objection Elena and oh! just so you know, I won't be home for dinner' Jenna says and just like that Elena's mood shifts
'Oh, so you're actually going to do it. You're gonna go out with Logan' she giggles and I smile at my aunt, happy she was getting out there.
'I'm going to show up and torture him, yes. And have you heard from Stefan?'
'Not since that very vague message three days ago. "Hi, um, Elena, I, um, have something I have to do. I'll, uh, explain in a few days."' she groans in her Stefan voice. I couldn't help but worry about my sisters stress. I wanted to tell her not to worry because I knew what Stefan was doing but I had to remind myself. LET HIM TELL ELENA.
'Haven't you called him?' I ask my sister
'Nope. Not going to, either'
'And you're ok with everything?' Jenna asks
'No, I'm not ok with any of it. But I'm not gonna cry about it, either. You know, I was going to write in my diary this morning and then I thought, what am I going to write? Honestly, i'm not gonna be one of those pathetic girls whose world stops spinning because of some guy'
'Amen, now your speaking my language' I say
'Ok, then' Jenna agrees
'I'll be fine' Elena says but I can tell in her eyes that she wasn't telling the truth

I slump in the chair as Ms Gold types on her laptop.
'I don't know what you could be possibly writing Ms Gold, I haven't said anything' I say
'Trust me Ms Gilbert, even though there is not a lot being said through your mouth, a lot is being said through your eyes'
God this women is both confusing and frustrating.
I roll my eyes as look at the clock, just 20 more seconds
'Georgia, I would really appreciated your participation in these sessions, if you don't then how else am I supposed to help you' Ms Gold says
Ring
I grab my bag and get up from the chair.
'Did you ever think that maybe I don't need or want help Ms Gold' I reply simply before walking out of the office, back into the hallway. As I come out I catch Elena walking away from Stefan, clearly upset. I walk up him, interested in how the whole 'damon' thing was going.

'So...how is he?' I ask him

'Well, he's weak and he's locked up' Stefan says simply but I shake my head.
