After walking around for almost thirty minutes and asking multiple people for directions, I finally managed to find Kings Cross station. I thought it was all over until I found out there was no such thing as Platform 9 and 3/4! I had asked numerous people, after I told them that Hagrid (a half giant) told me to get to Platform 9 and 3/4, they all said that I must of been hallucinating because there is no such thing as a 'half giant' or 'Platform 9 and 3/4'! A few nicer people pointed to platforms 9 and 10 saying that I should ask the security there and that was exactly what I was going to do until I saw the same cute boy from Ollivanders walking straight into the wall between platforms 9 and 10! His mum trailed behind him, walking into the wall as well, not looking surprised at all! Behind them were another two chatty girls with the same Hogwarts symbol on their trunks, they walked straight into the wall like there was no wall! I gathered myself, ready to barge into the what seemed like a fake wall. Here we go... I sprinted at full speed into the same wall... shit. FUCK. OH NO. I CAN'T STOP MYSELF. A quick arm grabbed me seconds before I crashed into the bright red train.
"Whoop. There you go. You could have gotten seriously hurt! Glad you're ok.", said a deep but gentle voice beside me. It was him. HIM.
"Oh.. hehe. Thanks.", I replied awkwardly, not knowing what to say. He was so cute. SO CUTE. OH MY GOD.
"Uh... are you ok? You can stop staring at me now...?"
"Oh! Oh my god I'm so sorry, I'm so, so sorry!", I said as the train let out a loud honk. All the children stopped chatting, then they all grabbed their bags, hugging and kissing their parents goodbye before stepping onto the train. Everyone had someone to kiss, someone to hug, someone to say 'I love you' to. Except me... and the boy on my left. Wait... he's an orphan too?! WAIT WHAT. THE CUTE BOY WAS AN ORPHAN TOO!
"Hey, you're an orphan too? Same here... I was thinking... nevermind, it's too weird.", the boy said.
"No, it's ok! You can tell me! I really don't mind-", I started but soon realised the boy was gone already, waves of children crashing over me, yelling and screaming trying to find the best seat in the best compartment. By the time the waves have calmed down, there were no empty compartments left. I started wandering up and down the train, hoping to miraculously find an empty compartment.
"Hey! Feel free to come and sit here!", yelled a voice from behind me. I spun around, walking towards the voice. It was a girl, a girl with white hair, really white hair, she also had really white skin. And when I say really white, I mean REALLY white. The girl looked around my age, she looked new too, she was also reading a book, Reunited Romance.
"Oh. You like this book too?", she said, sensing that I was staring at it.
"Oh no, I've never read it, it looks interesting though!".
"Mhm! It is, here, you can have my copy, I have plenty other books!", said the girl, handing me the book and grabbing a new one from the huge pile on the table. She was a real bookworm!
"Wow, thanks!".
After a solid twenty minutes of reading, something interesting finally came.
"Hey guys, mind if I have a seat here? My friends... kicked me out...", said an oddly familiar voice. It was the cute guy!
"Oh yes sure! We don't mind!... Do we...?", I yelled out, then trailing off, looking over to the girl next to me, not knowing if she would agree or not.
"Oh yeah no! We don't mind at all!", she said.
"K thanks so much.", said the boy.
"Hey what are ya'll names? We've been sitting together for twenty minutes and I don't even know yours! I'm Winter by the way, Winter Watt!", said Winter, looking at me.
