Chapter 14

"Uhh... Hello! I'm Saikawa Sho. It's nice to meet you" Sho says as he bows in a gesture of greeting

"Are you Hima's boyfriend?" Akane asks Sho as she moves closer

"Uhh... no, what made you think that way?" says Sho nervously

Just then Aoi squeals and says

"Akane!! Don't be so rude!!!" 

"That's okay... don't worry about it. By the way, Where is Junko?" asks Sho

"She didn't tell you? I'll tell you later... Meet me at the spot then," says Hima, and Sho leaves for the school first as the girls follow when Akane asks Hima

"Spot huh... You guys seem close." 

"Oh! US?! Yeah kind of... We're mutual friends!" Hima says trying to control the situation

"Are you lying?" asks Akane with curiosity

"No, I'm not lying Akane," says Hima as she thinks to herself

"Geez...Why is she so hard to convince?"

   After School, Hima and Sho meet

Hima tells Sho about what happened which leaves him shocked

"Are you serious? Please don't joke with me like that Hima" says Sho

"I'm not joking Sho... It's the truth," says Hima

"Now what are we gonna do about Akihito?" Asks Sho

"I told him to come meet us here. Let's wait for him so we can talk properly" replies Hima

They sat there waiting for Akihito but he didn't show up... Meanwhile, Sho lays his head on Hima's lap which leaves her startled

"Ahh! Umm... What's wrong..." Asks Hima nervously

"Well... Nothing much. I'm just a little tired" replies Sho

"Oh! I-I S-See..." Hima stutters as she speaks

"Oh! Is my head too heavy?" Asks Sho

"No! No! Of course not! It's just fine! Don't worry about it!" Replies Hima nervously

"Are you okay, Hima?" asks Sho

"Yeah, I'm fine... Just feeling dizzy because of the messed up situation..." Replies Hima

"That's okay... We'll find out way out of this situation, I know it" says Sho assuring Hima as he holds her hand

"Mmhmm..." Replies Hima gently caressing Sho's hair with her hands

They wait for a long time, only to be disappointed as Akihito doesn't show up

"He's not coming now... I think we should give him some time alone" says Sho

"He gets even more stupid when he's left alone," said Hima who knows her brother well

Just then, Hima's eyesight gets all blurry, her head spinning

"Umm, Sho... I don't feel so good" says Hima

"Huh? What's wrong?" Asked Sho

Before she could reply Hima fainted and fell on the ground, leaving Sho all worried, and he rushes her to treatment.

When Hima woke up, she found herself in the nurse's office.

"Am I in heaven?" Asks Hima all dazed

"Please don't talk like that the moment you wake up Hanazono..." Says Yoshikawa who came hurriedly when he knew Hima fainted

"Guess what? You missed almost 2 doses of your blood pressure pills Hima. You need to be careful!" said the nurse

"You have Blood Pressure problems?!" Asks Sho in shock

"You didn't know? I thought you might know about that." Says Yoshikawa teasingly

"How do you know about that but I don't?!" asks Sho

"I saw her secretly taking her pills once... Guess she didn't want anyone to know about it but I found out. You need to focus on your 'Friends' a little more Saikawa" says Yoshikawa teasing Sho as always

"You..." Sho gets irritated by Yoshikawa's attitude.

"Guys please don't fight about this now yeah?" Says Hima as she sighs

Just then, Akihito comes running to the office huffing

*Huffs* "Are you okay Hima?" Aks Akihito still huffing

"Aki? Who called you?" Hima asks

"Idiot! Is that important right now?! Why did you miss your dose huh?!" Says Akihito as he shouts at her

"Chill old man. Don't scold the poor girl" says someone from the corner of the door

"Wait... Is it who I think it is?" Asks Hima with curiosity

"Yep, that's me! I missed you so much my little panda!" a girl approaches and hugs Hima tightly

"Uh... This is?..." Asks Sho

"This is Hina Ozaki! She's been my bestie since childhood" says Hima

"Hey, bud. Nice meeting you" says Hina

"Anyways you should rest, panda... I'll take all of them out for you," says Hina as she pats her head and drags everyone out so Hima can rest

"Wait, Hina! Do you know that-" Says Hima but gets interrupted by Hina

"I know... I'll take care of that too"

Just then Akihito holds Hima's hands and says

"I'm sorry... I should've been more attentive to you... It's my fault" says Akihito avoiding eye contact with Hima

"You don't have to Aki... It was me who didn't take care of my health..." says Hima

"I promise that you'll never be troubled because of me, ever again," says Akihito as he leaves

"Wait! Aki what do you mean by that?!" Asks Hima but Akihito is already gone

"I have a bad feeling about this..." Says Hima to herself
