There's no one that can threaten my existence anymore" Two years later Cancer continued to sit atop his throne for the past two years he was in constant training and evolved a certain skill from the level of God's all the way up to Almighty level then trained every single skill that was similar to it all the way up to Almighty Level then merged them all into one which he trained constantly until it evolved to the highest state possible which he called Cancer Instinct. Cancer did not use this skill after that or any other skill as he was evolving every skill to the same level.
