Due to the nature of the machines you would be experiencing everything the entities experienced as a result those who were in more intense battles and struggles were more rewarding if you survived long enough. The Savage Machine was of the highest difficulty with a ninety nine percent fatality rate which made the rewards the greatest. The Director was now perhaps the single most valuable weapon against the Aliens that were attacking. One of the Medic's says "What's that?" The Director says "Shut it off now" the Medic says "Don't worry everything is going to be ok the sensor's indicated that the entity had met their end you made it to the end" The Director says "Shut it all down now it's not over yet" The Medic was confused unsure how to take this that's when it happened.
