Normally that sealing method never would have worked on Almighty Savage not to mention Cancer and defiantly not to mention Plague. However due to the fact that the Origin Record Books were destroyed by Lucy Plague was basically an infant that was taking it's first breaths in that battle as a result he was able to be sealed easily. However Albedo began to teach Plague everything once more from scratch this was possible because Cancer previously imprinted all of his knowledge and training into Albedo thus allowing her to train him to become like was in the past. The inside of that Canister was far larger then the outside especially due to the influence of the two inside it was basically like an entire Reality all to themselves a paradise for just them now Plague was just as skilled and experienced as Cancer was.
