Nick Nelson x Charlie Spring

Prom :)

(This story will be a very sweet story, the high schools combined for the prom and there is a bit of skipping around sorry in advance, it just makes the story flow easier. But i hope you enjoy! 😊)

[At school]

Charlie's POV: I walk into class and I am greeted with the sweet and soft smile of my wonderful boyfriend, Nick Nelson.

"Hi!" Nick says enthusiastically.

"Hi!" I respond happily.

Nick looks at Charlie with the biggest smile and blushes.

"What?" I ask.

"Prom is coming up," Nick says.

"Yeah.." I say.

"Will you go with me? I know stuff like that isn't really your thing but, will you?" Nick asks curiously.

"Oh Nick," I say and smile.

"Of course I will!" I say ecstatic.

"Good, cause if you said no I would be really sad." Nick giggles.

"Oh really?" I say, "Yeah" Nick responds quickly.

"How sad?" I ask teasingly.

"This sad." Nick says and the stretches his arms as long as he can and then makes a silly pouty face.

I giggled at the though of him really being that sad and Nick giggled too.

"Good thing I said yes then, huh?" I tease and giggle.

"Sure, is." Nick laughs.

[Time skip to Friday night; PROM!]

Nick POV: I knocked on Charlie's door and his sister Tori answered it.

"Hi." I greeted Tori.

"Hello! Come on in!" Tori invites me in.

"Charlie is really excited, I mean, he would not stop talking about you!" Tori laughs.

"Really?" I say curious what about me he was gushing about.

"Yeah," Tori says.

"But you didn't hear it from me!" Tori giggles.

"Alright," I giggle.

I hear Charlie begin to come down the stairs and I stand up. He is stunning, he is the most beautiful thing i have ever seen, he has swept me off my feet and taken my breath away. 

He was wearing a beautiful tux, the color of pineapple yellow with a white under shirt, black dress shoes, and pineapple yellow pants to match. I stand with my mouth a bit open in complete awe.

"What?" Charlie asks giggly.

"Y-You're.. Absolutely gorgeous." I say with the biggest smile.

Charlie looks down and blushes.

"Well you look gorgeous as well," Charlie says sweetly.

I was wearing a lapis blue tux with a light blue undershirt, black dress shoes, and lapis blue pants to match.

"Okay you guys I need a picture get together please!" Jane says about to fall right over with excitement.

"Me too!" Julio says.

"Me three" Tori says.

Me and Charlie stand next to each other and I place my arm around his shoulder. Charlie's family snaps a few more pictures.

"Before we go and we stop by mine real quick because my mum said she really wanted some pictures of us before we go?" I ask.

"Of course! No problem at all," Charlie smiles.

"Really? You're amazing!". I sigh and kiss Charlie on the forehead.

"Yeah! Besides I love your mum any way, So this is more of a me benefit thing then you benefit thing." Charlie laughs.

"Uh- Wow, so that's how it is huh?" I ask teasingly

"Yeah" Charlie giggles.

We walk out the Spring house.

"i'll show you then," I say.

"Wait wha-? AHHHH" Charlie screams and giggles.

"Nick! Nick put me down!" Charlie laughs.

"No, never!" I laugh.

I laugh and carry Charlie up to my door.

"Mum!" I walk in the door, Charlie behind me.

"We're here! You can take your pictures now!" I says teasingly.

Charlie jabs me with his elbow a little.

"What?" I ask

"Don't be rude." Charlie smiles.

"I'm not! She just been dying to take them and I'm poking a little fun." I smile.

"Mhm" Charlie grins. "Uh-" I get cut off by my mum.

"Okay you two! You both look stunning, now get together and smile!!" My mum says excitedly.

"Say Cheese!" My mum teases.

"Cheese!" Me and Charlie say.

[They leave Nick's and arrive at the prom.]

Me and Charlie walk in holding hands, Charlie squeezes my hand and bit harder.

"Are you okay?" I ask.

"Yeah, just a bit nervous." Charlie giggles softly and looks down.

"Hey, look at me" I say and redirect his face to mine with my fingers.

"Don't be nervous, stay be me and squeeze my hand as hard as you need, I'm here." I say and smile. Charlie returns the smile and we walk in the gym.

Charlie's POV: As we walk in the room we see Elle, Tao and Isaac.

"Hii!" Elle, Tao and Isaac shout together.

"Omg! you guys look perfect together!" Elle says squealing.

Nick blushes and looks at me. Slow music starts playing.

"May I, have this dance?" I ask sweetly.

"Wow, very formal.. Yes you may have this dance." Nick giggles.

We start slow dancing, and I look at Nick with stars in my eyes, I am amazed by how stunning he his.

"Char?" Nick asks.

"Yeah?" I respond.

"What did I do to deserve someone as amazing, gorgeous and life changing, as you?". Nick says affectionately. I blush.

"I don't know, but how did I managed to fall in love with someone as kind, sweet, and as loving as you?". I say.

"Who knows," Nick says.

"But all I know is, that we are meant for each other. It's just me and you against the world Char." Nick explains.

I look up at Nick and kiss him, it's slow, but gentle. Soft, but meaningful. And most of all, passionate, but loving. 

I love Nick Nelson, and he loves me Charlie Spring, It's me and him against the world.
