Chapter 1: The Prison
London. 2023. June 23rd.
Inside a prison.
A man walks up to a police officer with a big bushy moustache and a round body. The man is wearing a grey trench coat with a grey fedora.
Police Officer: You finally got the money?
The man slams a massive stack of money on the desk in front of them.
Man: Let her out.
The police officer looks at the money in shock. He sighs and slowly moves over to a phone in the wall. He takes it and dials a number into it.
Police Officer: Hey. It's me. You can let her out.
20 minutes earlier.
There's a massive room with a bunch of cells all lined up next to each other. A girl pokes her head out of her cell. She's mixed race and has black hair with two braids that expand down to her ankles. She's wearing an orange prison jumpsuit with the number "56" written on the left side of it. She has green eyes and two nose piercings.
Girl: Guarrrrrd! Guarrrrd! HEY!
Two guards standing across the room turn around and look at her.
Guard 1: What do you want?
Girl: You said I'd be getting out today! When's it gonna happen?!
Guard 2: You'll get out when we say you will.
Guard 1: In the meantime, I'd suggest you shut your mouth.
Girl: I'm not shutting shit until I know when I'm getting out!
One of the guards walks up to her and pushes her face back into the cell.
Girl: Hey!
The guards turn back around and ignore the girl.
Girl: Fucking assholes.
The girl smirks.
Girl: Let me just...
The girl touches the stone floor. Her skin begins to turn the same colour and texture. It spreads through her whole body including her clothes.
Girl: Hehe!
She lies down on the floor and puts her arm out forward. It begins to extend. Her arm extends to the other side of the room. She quickly moves it to the left and makes the guards fall over.
Guard 1: What the hell!?
Guard 2: What happened?!
They stand back up and look at the girl. She's leaning against the wall and the stone-like cover has disappeared.
Guard 1: What did you do?!
Girl: Hm? What are you talking about?
Guard 2: Don't play dumb little girl!
Girl: I have no idea what you're on about.
Guard 1: You tripped us up!
Girl: How?
Guard 2: You... uh...
Girl: Ugh.
A police officer runs into the room.
Police Officer: You two. You're needed.
The guards run over to the police officer and they leave.
