Everyone is cramped into our kitchen. Nick, Charlie, Becky and Lucas are crying as if we told them that the world was going to end, Tao, Elle, Tara and Darcy just sat there with their faces contorted in shock.
"Since we are on the topic of giving people a crazy shock out of the blue," Elle announces "Tao and I have some news!"
"We're adopting a child," Tao shouts
"But you already have a child," Charlie points out
"Not a dog silly, we mean a real human," Elle says ruffling Charlie's hair, he grins sheepishly.
Once everyone had left, Tori and I sit in the empty living room in silence.
"Thank you" I say
"Why are you saying thank you" Tori asks
"Because you change my life!" I whisper " and I am so grateful for that,"
"That is probably the cringeyest thing you have ever said to me" Tori says snuggling in to me
"Do you want to order me take away?"
"Chinese?" asks Tori
"Yes!"
I'll order cause you always seem to order enough food for the entirety of our friend group." Tori says
So that was how we spent our evening eating Chinese and watching the live action 'Beauty and the Beast.'
"I really love you Tori Spring" I say
"I love you too."She smiles back
And then we truged up the stairs, got into bed and snuggled in to each other.
"Good night my love." I whisper but Tori was already fast asleep.
