Chapter 4 ~Wasted Chance

Jongin's POV

"Ugh. Shit." He muttered and started to run towards Kyungsoo's house. He rang the doorbell and saw Kyungsoo's mother. "Hi, Tita." He greeted and smiled.

"Oh, Kai. Kyungsoo just left. I don't know but he seems to be sulking. What happened?" She asked him.

"Eh. I'll go ask him. Thank youu!" He said while running. He woke up late because he wasn't able to sleep last night. He was thingking of what his Chanyeol-hyung said to him.

Where are you, Kyungsoo? Why did you leave me behind? What would happen to him if Kyungsoo left him for real? He felt pain when this thought came. He looked around to search for him. He saw Kyungsoo kicking the rocks while walking slowly. "Hyuuuung!"

Kyungsoo stopped but didn't faced him. "What?"

"What's the problem?" He asked. What? Did he do something wrong?

"Nothing. I just don't feel well today." He said and continued walking.

He followed him and faced him. "Wanna go home?"

"Nope. I'll be fine." Then he averted his eyes away.

"I'm sorry." He just said.

Kyungsoo suddenly looked to him. "Huh?"

"Something happened, right? You won't look at me. I don't know if I did something but I still wanna say sorry." Then he looked down. I just can't bear this.

Kyungsoo smiled and patted his head. "Idiot. Let's go."

He nodded. "Mmm."

Kyungsoo's POV

"Mmm." Jongin said and they started walking to school.

He wasn't angry at him. He's angry with himself. Why can't he say what he truly feels? Why can't he say he was f*cking jealous with every girl he dates? After Chanyeol said Mira was looking for Kai, he felt an unexplainable pain. He knew Kai and Mira were dating but he always show he didn't care. He don't want to show his pain and weakness to others especially to Kai. He somehow felt relieved when Kai said he doesn't care for her but it won't change the fact that there's something going on between them.

They both reached their own classrooms when Chanyeol suddenly grabbed his hands and guided him towards his seat.

"What is it?" He asked when Chanyeol was smiling from ear to ear.

"So.. Uhm. Did Kai said it?"

"Said what?" He asked. His brows were getting one lined. Kai said what?
