Tw- Death, Burning,

Shadow felt odd.
Not like he was getting sick or anything. Well if he was he probably wouldn't feel it.
But its more like somethings going to happen.
Shadow walked back to town.He could have teleported but honestly his body was not up to it right now.
He had told Revival he was going to research there situation and won't be back for a few days.
In reality he just sat in a snowy area to help his body. It had been spreading more and more lately.
Shadow looked up at the sky.
It looked like it was about to rain.
Probably should have checked the weather before he left. Then again weather predictions aren't all that reliable.
Shadow sighed as he gathered his strength to teleport home.

Shadow looked around he ended up in a closet. Whatever as long as he's home.
Shadow got up and walked over to the kitchen.
As he walked into the room he noticed Lily,Cam,Revial and Sunny in the room talking.
Shadow didn't say anything because at the moment Him and Lily weren't really on great terms. Shadow had been giving her as much space as he could when said person is your daughter.

"Hey Shadow.." Cam greeted him with a concerned look on his face.
"You look like shit." Sunny said with no hesitation.
"Thanks.." Shadow replied
He honestly never stopped to think what he looked like. When your eyes aren't visible its kind of difficult for people to see how you're doing.
"Wait where the fuck did you come from.." Revival asked.
"The closet." Shadow replied.
"Fitting." Sunny said
"Shut up."
"Anyway if you guys want to go outside without getting soaked nows your last chance." Shadow told everyone.
Cam seemed confused.
"What do you mean? Its been rather sunny the past few days and the weather forecast said there was no possibility of rain?" Cam said
"To be fair those things aren't all the accurate." Revival responded. "But it is a bit odd.."
"Well the clouds are pretty dark right now so I assume its gonna rain pretty soon. Oh wheres Levi?" Shadow asked Cam.
"In his room taking a nap." Cam responded.
"Alistair went out to the Library." I'll go text him to let him know." Sunny said pulling out her phone.
Shadow walked into the living room and sat on the couch. He eventually fell asleep while the others kept talking.

About 20 minutes later Shadow heard a knock on the door but it seemed very urgent. He got up walked over and opened the door to be met with Alistair seeming very panicked with a few fresh burns on his face that were definitely not there before.
Shadow rushed him in and was about to close the door when he looked outside and realized that what he thought was rain was the goop the had been causing so much pain and suffering to so many people including him.
Shadow quickly closed the door and looked over at Alistair who was definitely in alot of pain.
"Shit..CAM!" Shadow yelled urgently.
"Whats wrong?!" Cam rushed in looking at the two.
Revival and Sunny walked in soon after with Lily carefully walking behind them.
"Shit shit shit..." Shadow paced back and fourth while Cam brought Alistair to the kitchen to try and help him.
"What happened?" Revival asked.
"Look outside.." Shadow said.
Revival confused looked out the window. Her eyes filled with realization.
"What the fuck.." Revival said. "Thats not.."
"What else could it be?" Sunny asked.
"What do we do that stuff can actually kill people?!" Lily asked.
"We wait it out." Shadow replied.
"WHAT?!" Lily yelled. "What else is there to do?" Shadow said attempting to ignore the screaming from the TV. Amber alerts came from everyone's phones telling everyone to stay inside.
Lily ran into her room. Shadow assumed it was to not hear the screams and crys coming from everywhere. Shadow walked over to the TV remote and turned the TV off.

~2 Hours later.~

"Everything seems cleared up." Revival said at the doorway. Shadow sighed.
Might as well get it over with. They both headed outside to assess the damage that had been done.

"Dear god.." Revival muttered.
There were at least 10 dead bodys on the sidewalk alone from what they could see. All of them had mostly been consumed by the goop. "This isn't just an us problem anymore." Shadow said looking around. They both quickly went back inside. Revival rushed to go talk to Sunny. Shadow walked to his bedroom and closed the door. His knees buckled under him.
And he cried.
