Chapter 19

Guys! We found the ultimate ultimate weapon!

Garmadon, Lloyd, and (Y/N) entered the room, where the rest of the group awaited them. They make their way up to a box.

Jay: "We think it's in that box"

Nya: "Open it, open it, open it!"

Oh my goodness, the box opened to reveal a smaller chest inside. Garmadon did open it, however the smaller package contained some strange looking objects? Huh?

Ninjas: "Woah!"

Nya: fake excitement "What a bunch of junk"

Jay: "Maybe there's something important under it?" tries to lift up the team's spirit

(Y/N) lift up the chest and dump the contents on the floor, hoping that anything significant was hidden beneath it.

Jay: "This is the ultimate ultimate disappointment"

(Y/N): "Aw man"

Lloyd: "No, wait picks up the red one there's a piece for each of our elements. Fire" gives the piece to Kai

Kai: the piece glows once he touches it "Woah!"

Cole: grabs his piece and glows as well

Lloyd: "Earth"

Cole: "This rocks!"

Nya: looks at her piece in shock as it glows

Lloyd: "Water"

Nya: "H-2, oh yeah!

Zane: amazed with his piece

Lloyd: "And ice"

Zane: "Cool" :D

Jay: smiles with his piece

Lloyd: "And lightning"

Jay: "Ah!"

(Y/N): confused and picks up a feather piece but nothing happens "???"

(A/N: For now wink wink)

Lloyd: "And I'm...Green. looking at his piece in disappointment But, I'm so happy for you guys. Yay" chuckles awkwardly

The ninjas returned their pieces, with the exception of (Y/N), who simply put the feather in their pocket because it was an awesome feather, to Lloyd's chest. Garmadon approaches Lloyd and begins conversing with him.

(Y/N): I'm not sure what a feather in the breast is for, but it's a cool feather! I'll keep it in my collection of cool things at home.

Garmadon snatches the chest, but Lloyd tries to reclaim it. Garmadon wins the tug-of-war mini-game and walks backwards with the chest.

Garmadon: "And if we leave now, we can unleash the ultimate ultimate weapon on Meowthra and conquer Ninjago together. Come on!"

Lloyd: pleaded "Dad, please don't"

Garmadon: Gasp in shock after accidentally bumping into Cole

Lloyd: "Come back to Ninjago with me and save the city"

Garmadon: "What?" swiftly moves the chest away from Nya and (Y/N), backing up away from the Ninjas

Lloyd: "You'll be a hero" slowly walk towards his dad

Garmadon: "But, that's not who I am, L-Loyd. People would never see me as a hero"

All of the ninjas were now marching slowly towards Garmadon.

(Y/N): He's not entirely wrong here.

Garmadon : "But, it doesn't have to be this way either, but here we are" regrets in his eyes

Lloyd: "Dad, please don't go.."

Garmadon: "If I couldn't change then, what makes you think I could change now?"

Garmadon is taken aback when he notices Zane standing next to him. That led him to recoil his chest to the side, which whacked Cole in the face, terrible. Zane reaches for a piece of the chest, and Kai rushes up to assist, but Garmadon punches them away with his upper hands. Nya rushes at Garmadon, who kicks her to the ground. That irritated Kai.

Kai: "Hey, that's my sister! Bam!" slams dunks Garmadon onto the floor

Garmadon: drops the chest during it

(Y/N): runs up and grabs it "Got it!"

They swerved away from the flying things that Garmadon was hurling at them. (Y/N) must act quickly and throws it to Jay, who gratefully catches it.

Jay: "I got it!"

Garmadon: "Give that back!" throws an object to Jay's feet

Jay: "Ah!" falls backwards

Lloyd: picks it up "I can help you. We can do it together"

Garmadon: ducks from an incoming Kai "If you just give me the box, we can talk about it"

Lloyd: lodges the chest to the side "I can't, you'll just leave"

Garmadon slides towards Lloyd and knocks him to the ground. Nya grips Garmadon's chest as he stands up and glances at her. He slithered up to her and lunged at her, but she ducked and transferred the chest to Cole.

Cole rams his chest into Garmadon as retaliation, then yeets it to Zane.

Zane: "We're like the Harlem Globetrotters" extended his hands to throw the chest at (Y/N)

(Y/N): catches it "I thought this is Hot Potat---Gets kicks in the chest by Garmadon ACK!"

Nya: catches the chest and looks to see who to throw it to

Lloyd: "Over here, over here!" waving his hands

Garmadon: leaps towards Nya

Nya: throw it "Catch it Lloyd!"

The chest swirls in the air, approaching Lloyd. (Y/N) and Cole sit on the sidelines praying it lands, but the chest lands far away from Lloyd, leaving everyone disappointed.

Zane: "Predictable but regrettable"

Nya: "Bummer"

Garmadon: "Oh L-Loyd" sighs and slides through the ninjas

The ninjas go flying off back onto the floor from that.

Lloyd: "Dad" reaches out for him with pleading eyes

Garmadon: runs to the open door and turns back "I should have taught you how to catch" brings out the key and pulls the doors together to shut it

Lloyd: "No!" runs to the door

(Y/N): "Shit! Lloyd!" runs after him

They both ran up to the door but were met with a closed door.

I thought Garmadon and the ninjas were doing great. I suppose not.
