I had gotten picked up late on Sunday after all the boys had headed home. I came back with two bags of clothes from the mall. Mina and I had gotten a few matching items to wear for when we go and take pictures together like she had mentioned.
Of course Mom and Dad had asked all kinds of questions, I told them things like what movies they watched, how Mina dressed me in her clothes, how we did eachothers makeup. All complete lies but they were unaware. I felt a bit bad about lying straight to their faces but seeing the both of them look so happy kind of sugar coated the bite.
The house had been empy Monday morning.
Mom had an early meeting with her team and current client about the upcoming court day they had, and Dad was meeting with his publicist regarding a solo author, wishing him to illustrate their book.
That morning, I slipped back into schedule and immediately took my pills before making toast, and eating a pack of natto. I was scared to take them yesterday because I wasn't sure the alcohol was flushed from my system. But surely now would be fine?
Honestly, my skin was itchy and I felt very anxious but that was instantly relieved when I popped the five morning pills in my mouth. Apart of me was already looking forward to the three more I would need to take in 14 the next hours but I brushed that thought away.
I ate breakfast quickly to make sure I'd have enough time to get some flowers and catch the train.
After eating I grabbed my bag and went to the front door to slip my shoes on. I caught a glimpse of the empty umbrella rack in the corner and cursed.
"Well I better make this trip quick then." I muttered while taking off my uniform jacket and holding it over my head before making a mad dash into the rain.
Nanami stopped at several convenience stores, but they either had wilted flowers or none at all. She asked a worker for directions to the closest flower shop and was once again on the run in the rain. Instead of using her jacket as an umbrella she used her quirk to make a small cover over her herself.
When she found the flower shop she was directed to she quickly headed inside, when the door opened a bell rung.

When Nanami got to her train station, she found a bench to catch her breath on after running through the rain. She grumbled about how she hated running while digging in her bag for her phone to check the time.
'Wow, still early. Impressive.'
When she looked up, she saw only a few other students also waiting. But her eyes lingered on a familiar navy uniform and rolled her eyes.
'They're from my old middle school. Hmm. Must be underclassmen, they don't look too familiar. Wait. Why are they staring at me?' I noticed not one, not two, but all the students were glancing my way, and whispering to their friends. 'Did that one take a picture of me?'
The tips of my ears burned red but I tried her best to ignore everyone. A nauseating feeling crept into my chest, it felt like I was sitting in my middle classroom while getting picked on.
'Is it because I don't have an umbrella? Or the flowers?'
I glanced down at her uniform and noticed some spots in her shirt had gone a bit transparent because of how wet it got, but you couldn't see my bra too much. Luckily I chose to wear a white one today I guess.
She head a few gasps from the younger students around her and louder whispers erupted around the train station. Nanami looked around confused to what the fuss was about.
The TV monitor in the corner caught her attention as it flashed the news.
'Is that me?'
On the screen was footage from the sports festival, it was showing highlights of her matches. It flashed a few seconds of Nanami on top of Tsumugi. Her hand was bloodied and raised while she yelled at the girl beneath her, except you couldn't hear what she was saying.
