*Shawn's POV*
"Dude. So where's that girl you were talking about?" Pete interrogates me.
"Oh, I don't know. I heard she was moving somewhere else soon." I quickly lie.
"Oh, that stinks, man!"
Why does he care? He has so many girls lined up to date him. One is definitely not going to matter.
I've grown used to fact that Pete is a girl hog. Ever since seventh grade, he's been trying to date what seems like all the girls in the world at once. At first I thought he was crazy but after a while I didn't even pay attention to it. I just know now I have to get the girl I want before Pete notices her.
"Hello?? Earth to Shawn!" I hear Pete say.
"What?" I say, still in a dazed, confused state.
"What's up with you, man? Didn't get enough sleep? You've been zoning out way more than usual."
"Sorry, last night was rough I didn't get any sleep." Wow this lying is getting out of hand. Not like it matters I just keep getting lost in thought, which is weird I don't usually bother thinking, it takes too much time.
"Ok that's cool. So you're going to the party Friday, right?"
"Of course. Wouldn't miss it!"
"Good. I hear it's gonna be great."
"I bet."
The bell rings for class to end. Finally, one more class and we are out for the day!
As we walk down the hall, I glance in the office as usual to check if there were any fights I haven't heard about yet. Instead, there's a nobody girl holding her arm and crying. I can't help but wonder what happened to her.
It slips out of my mind as I walk into chemistry class and see there actually is a new girl. But, ew, she's is not hot at all!
I sit down at my normal lab table. The girl looks confused and decides it ok to come sit by me. It is not ok at all!
"Don't you dare sit in that seat!" I growl at her.
She widens her eyes and jumps away from the seat. Perfect.
"Sorry. I'm so sorry." She says.
Well she better learn pretty soon not to do that again. Pete comes to class five minutes late, as always. He thinks coming in late makes the ladies like him better. He thinks being a "bad boy" makes you look better. I just like not going to ISS once a week.
Mr. Potiar, our chemistry teacher, tells everyone to get their notes out. That's my cue to sleep.
"Mr. Cadowe, may I ask why you do not have your notes out?"
"They're right here." I quickly grab Pete's notes from his unopened book.
"Ok, I'll let it slide this time."
He goes over notes as I doze off.
"Mr. Cadowe, do I have to ask you a second time?"
"No, I was just adjusting my contacts."
"I don't remember ever hearing you had contacts."
"Well I got them yesterday."
"That was convenient."
"Yes, sir..."
"Well, lucky for you, Mrs. Lohe has called you to the office, so you can go fix your contacts there."
"Ooooooooo," the class choruses.
"What'd you do man?" Pete asks.
"I'm not sure."
I hear whispers, "what has he done this time?" And "I can't wait to see him get in trouble!"
I ignore them as I walk towards the door. I really have no clue what I've done. Maybe my mom decided to sign me out early. I have no clue.
I walk down the long hallway and go to the office. When I walk in no one is there, just the same girl I saw crying earlier. Mrs. Lohe steps out of her small office and notices me. She steps back in her office for a second.
Someone else comes out with her. I thought my mom could have just called and signed me out. I didn't know she had to come all the way here.
But wait, she doesn't look happy. Did I do something?? She looks infuriated.
"SHAWN BLAKE CADOWE!"

So I know! My story is pretty boring at the moment and I'm sorry. I'm just trying to get you guys to meet the characters and whatever.
Do you guys know what Shawn did? It's not that hard to figure out.
