There she is. I guess he already gain consciousness. Aigoo! Sometimes, I'm confused if Miss Koo is my boss or my older sister whom I must constantly guide in life especially her love life. I hope I can complain to the director about her but she just promoted me so I'll just suffer.
She has been staring at her computer all day! Now I wonder what really happened. Goodness! "Timjangnim, would you want to grab some coffee. I know a good place."
"Sure. I just..." I just stared at her. "Let's go Mr. Lim." She has been distraught all day.
"Ma'am is something bothering you?"
"None."
"How's Park Timjangnim?" She froze instantly. BINGO! It's because of him.
"I guess that's the reason why you are in distraught." She did not answered. Aigoo, these two! Choi Joon-Woong! You should be the one who's dealing with all these trouble! This was the result of your ✨Brilliant✨ Idea. I would never thought this would impact Ms. Koo this much. Where did the fearless Koo Ryeon went? Where on earth is my badass boss?
"Ma'am, leave the team to us. We already showed you that we can manage. Take your time processing everything."
"He's going to work for our team." Good Lord! Did I heard that right?
"Another reason why you need to patch things up with him, with your past." But in the back of my mind I wanna scream. "Ma'am, go home. I assure you we can manage."
"I just went back home this morning."
"You know what I mean, Ma'am." I mean go to him, go to your husband, reconcile! "I think you of all people deserves all the happiness in the world. You have saved countless of lives, don't you want to save your own afterlife?" God, she just stared blankly at me. "You can't spend a whole eternity in a guessing game. As you said, you already "patched" things up in hell. So what's next? Did you really patched things up?" She doesn't utter a word but I think she's getting into her senses. "You might think I'm over stepping boundaries but you are more like a family to me Ma'am. No one wants their big sister be miserable in her life more so for eternity." She is always like a big sister to me. But not to Joon-Woong, she was motherly.
"Copy that, namdongsaeng." I love teasing her and if that means her going back to her senses I would love doing it for eternity. "I should go. Just inform the team that I'll be out of office for several days." That's it. That's my boss.
"Yes, Ma'am. But finish your coffee first. But I think you need something stronger."
"It's too early for that." She left several minutes after. When did I became a guidance counselor for teenagers? I guess this is my fate.
