Third Person POV

Touya checked over the forged documentation one last time.

He would be lying if he said he wasn't impressed.

Hitoshi knew how to forge paperwork, and he knew how to do it well.

"This looks real." Touya said.

Hitoshi arched a brow, "Who said it wasn't?"

Touya had learned to ignore Hitoshi's mind game comments at this point, so that's exactly what he did. "Well, let's go see the school and get you enrolled."

Hitoshi rolled his eyes, but he got up nonetheless.

"Oh, and Hitoshi?"

"Yeah?"

"Behave."

Hitoshi rolled his eyes again, "yeah yeah."

Touya sighed fondly.

Hitoshi made quick work of the enrollment. A little mind jacking here and there, and no one questioned why two kids were here without parents. The hair dye also helped sell the 'we're siblings' act.

Touya and the principal talked about a bunch of things Hitoshi had little care for. Touya was making him come here, it was only fair he did all the work.

"He can start tomorrow!" The principal exclaimed.

"Great!" Touya grinned, "Thank you for your time."

"Of course, here is his schedule." The principal handed over a few papers.

"Thank you again." Touya collected their things and grabbed Hitoshi's hand. They had mutually agreed to have Hitoshi play the shy little kid. He played the part well, maybe a little too well.

Touya guided Hitoshi out of the building, they took their time, mapping the school building.

When they exited the school grounds, Hitoshi slipped his hand from Touya's. They continued to walk in silence, Hitoshi enjoyed it.

"So," words Hitoshi didn't want to hear came out of Touya's mouth, "what do you want to do now?"

Hitoshi threw Touya a glare.

Touya blanched a little, "Silence, got it."

Hitoshi inwardly smiled.

He enjoyed the silence. His voice had acquired a rasp in recent days, most likely from overuse.

He had been speaking much more frequently, and for longer, since Touya entered his life. He's told Touya the basis of his quirk, simply telling him he needed an answer to a question for his quirk to work.

A little lie never hurt anyone. Besides, Hitoshi will tell Touya the extent of his quirk when he's ready. Less people will be wary of him if they think there's a condition to his quirk.

He's managed to control himself around Touya, it got easier with every passing day. His quirk slowly got used to Touya's presence and labeled him as an ally. Hitoshi is very aware of the fact that Touya's status could switch to that of an enemy in a second.

Hitoshi would be lying if he said he wasn't fond of the kid.

Hitoshi stopped walking when they got to the beach. Touya had mindlessly followed him here, in silence, much to Hitoshi's pleasure.

Hitoshi closed his eyes and enjoyed the wind hitting his face. He heard the waves gently hitting the sand. He could hear Touya breathing next to him.

He could hear birds singing, and flapping their wings.
