Third Person POV
Hisoka had been in this world for a few years now. Naturally, a couple of children had caught his eye.
Namely a child with two different colours of hair, half red, half white. A child with blonde spiky hair and anger issues. And a seemingly powerless green haired child.
There were others of course, but none had him coming back as often as those three.
The half and half boy didn't have friends. He didn't leave his house either. Hisoka simply watched him train with whom he assumed to be the boy's father through gaps in the fence around his house, or the occasional tree.
His targets rarely looked up, making watching high up from trees very useful.
Hisoka did loathe being stuck in an 8 year olds body, but he did get less attention for staring at children because of it. It was a love-hate relationship really.
Half had 2 quirks (as his kitten had said the powers were called). Which Hisoka soon found out was rare. The boy was just brimming with potential, the dual powers were simply an added bonus.
Hisoka debated 'befriending' the boy, if only to ensure he could watch him grow into his potential and guarantee a fight. Unfortunately, the boy was training to be a hero. Which Hisoka thought was just so incredibly boring.
Although, the way the father treated Half didn't go unnoticed by him. The boy could be swayed to abandon the hero lessons his father had taught him and become something more, something fun.
Following that train of thought, the blonde child had the potential to be devastating for the hero society. It was delicious.
Spike only had one quirk. But it was destructive, and oh so beautiful. Hisoka tended to enjoy more subtle, manipulative powers, being a magician and all. But there was truly something to a force so purely destructive.
The pure power that radiated from the boy at such a young age had Hisoka on his knees.
Spike took out a lot of his anger on Hisoka's next target.
The green haired boy was quirkless. Powerless. Weak. Pathetic. And yet, Hisoka couldn't take his eyes off him. Hisoka had a feeling that the boy would be strong, very strong.
And who was he if not patient? Hisoka would bide his time, he would wait. And then, he'd get the fight of his life.

Hisoka was observing (not stalking) Half from a hole in the fence of Half's house. The little boy was training on his own. Likely to satisfy a daily quota his father had set up for him.
Making up his mind, Hisoka easily vaulted over the fence.
Hisoka simply leaned back against the fence and waited, he wanted to see how long it would take Half to notice his presence.
When the boy finally turned around, he jumped about a foot in the air. Hisoka could feel a grin creeping up on his face, the boy's reaction was amusing to say the least.
"W-who are you? How did you get in here?" Half asked.
Hisoka hummed, "I'm your best friend."
Half froze, "What?"
Hisoka's grin grew wider, "We'll have so much fun you and I~."
Half took a step back, "But I don't even know you."
"I'm Hisoka, there now you know me."
"I'm... Shoto." Half answered.
"Pleasure~" Hisoka walked forward and circled the boy. Half's gaze followed him. "This will be fun indeed." Hisoka whispered in his ear. The second the words left his lips Hisoka all but disappeared. Don't ask him how though, as a magician never reveals his secrets.
Hisoka stood crouched in a tree, staring at the fantastically delicious look on the young boy's face.

"Kitten~?"
Hitoshi glanced over to Hisoka, who was upside down with his legs wrapped around a few of the chains hanging in the warehouse. "Yeah?" The annoyance Hitoshi was feeling was incredibly visible on his face. He was sorting through his notes of the future and clearly didn't want to be disturbed.
"Do you know a boy with half white and half red hair?"
Hitoshi's eyes narrowed, "Yeah."
"May I have him?"
Hitoshi arched his brow, "Have him?"
Hisoka slipped down from the chains and met Hitoshi face to face. "He's interesting."
"Uh huh," Hitoshi turned back to his notes, technically all the people he knew had already lived their lives in a different timeline. The Shoto he knew was not this one. Therefore he didn't care. "Do what you want."
Hisoka grinned, "Thanks kitten~" He whispered in Hitoshi's ear.
If Hitoshi gave the ok, then he could do anything he wanted and his kitten wouldn't care enough to stop him.
Chrollo chose that moment to storm into the room, "Why are you feeling this absolutely foul emotion right now?" He was clearly disturbed. While Chrollo may have had an air of mystery and an aura of invincibility during his time with the spiders, being bonded to a pedophillic clown for a certain amount of time could crumble anyones walls.
Hisoka delighted in knowing he could get under Chrollo's skin and receive an interesting reaction like no one else could.
"Hisoka has a new toy." Hitoshi stated.
Chrollo's face twisted further into disgust, if that was even possible, "Did you already get bored of us?"
"Of course not Lolo~" Hisoka slunk over to where Chrollo was standing, "I could never get bored of you~" Hisoka ran his fingers along Chrollo's arm, who easily relaxed at the contact.
"I despise what you've done to me."
Hisoka hummed, "You did this to yourself Lolo~ I will admit though, that I may have sped up the process a little, you are quite the specimen... I mean, who could resist?" With that, Hisoka let his lingering arm slip from Chrollo's as he made his way to the exit.
Thoughts?
Tbh, I hate this chapter, it feels very dull. Which is likely because I am combating some serious writer's block.
School has started up again and I am busy, updates will be very slow. I currently don't know where this story is going, but I will do my best to not leave you guys hanging for too long.
Sorry.
