Waking up with a jolt, I looked around, not knowing where I was, oh... right. I'm not on Earth anymore, the events of yesterday all played back in my mind. I was disappointed that this all wasn't just a dream, and that I could wake up and see my family again, but there's nothing to be done about it. After having slept for the first time since I woke up on that space station, I don't know how long we've been sleeping here, thankfully, it didn't seem like the murder drones found us. What will they do if they think that they eliminated all the drones here? Would they leave? Would they try to venture to another colony? I'll have to find the answer to those questions later.

Looking at Annie, I noticed the screen she had for a face where her eyes usually were, had an interface on it, stating her recharge percentage. It was at 75%, assuming that drone's recharge time is similar to a humans, I assume that I've slept for around six and a half hours, which is more than I ever thought I'd be able to. Noticing my stomach growling again, I decided to try to get up. Now that I have glasses again, I can see clearly on my own, and can leave her here, while I explore around. Her words from yesterday flashed in my head, I still need to be careful. Even if Annie is safe resting here, but I still need to be careful, cause for all I know, the murder drones might have decided to move into the bunker! And, I still don't know how many of them there are, I never thought to ask Annie, but all I know is that there is at least more than one murder drone.

I honestly had no clue as to how many there were, I only saw the one on the surface... The one that killed Annie's parents, and assuming the rest were all underground slaughtering the worker drones at the time. I suddenly realized how lucky I was to not run into them when I crashed here, the space station crashing, as well as the pod landing a few dozen meters away from the city, if there were any murder drones flying around, then they easily could have spotted me. I still don't know if they'd be hostile to a human on sight, and I wasn't looking forward to finding out. There's no use hiding my face, because if they think I was a drone, I knew for sure they'd kill me, but, I still don't know if they'd kill a human, so with essentially a 50/50 odds of possible non hostility, I'll take my chances.

I just can't let any murder drones I run into find out about Annie, even if they aren't hostile to me, they'd still try to kill her, and I refuse to let that happen. I understand that these murder drones were given a job by humans to eradicate these drones, but seeing how... violent they were, that told me that they genuinely loved instilling fear, and slaughtering them, despite knowing that they were both sentient beings, despite being drones. I then realized that I'm stuck on a planet with killer robots, drones, whenever I heard the word drone, I think of those flying surveillance devices, as well as those small fast flying missile launchers. Do they have night vision? Do they have X-Ray vision? I'll have to try to expect everything, including the unexpected, if I want me and Annie to survive.

Looking at Annie again, I tried to move her off of me, noticing that when she's in recharge mode, her whole body locks up, which was adorable, in a strange way. I set her aside, and she looked like she was hugging the air. Chuckling quietly to myself, I moved the pillow I was using to her arms, so that she was hugging the pillow. Looking at my foot, taking off my shoe and sock, I saw how bad the bruise was. It was pretty bad, though, slightly better, now that I actually had a chance to sleep, and let it heal for a bit. I noticed it hurt a lot less, but I should still try to find some type of stick or something to try to walk with, so I don't put so much pressure on it.

Exiting the closet door that me and Annie were sleeping in, I closed it behind me, letting her recharge safely. I put my warm cloths back on, knowing that even though the room is now 65F degrees, the rest of the bunker was still 30F degrees, more or less. With renewed strength and vigor, removed the small blockade I made yesterday, and made my way out, closing the room door behind me, still slightly limping, but not as badly. I had to walk slow, so I didn't put too much pressure on my sprained ankle, and made my way to the cafeteria again. I heated up another TV dinner, making sure to open the microwave at the 5 second mark, and scarfed it down like hotcakes. Having eaten, I then decided to make my way to the medical area again, to try and find a walker, or something to use as a walker.
