Chapter 25 - Rescue mission

Author's POV

Aaron had called Prilla several times to ask her to join him leave the country. The police was able to gather details from his interactions with her.

They knew he was planning to come for Prilla and send her away tomorrow. Prilla just had to play along, like she was finally agreeing to start her life with him.

Prilla had her stuff packed as she waited with the girls in her room. She was sobbing and was greatly worried about how her daughter was doing.

"I'm very sure the police will get her back don't worry." Jessie consoled.

"I'm beginning to think I should just go with him without any involvement from the police. You don't know Aaron. He can get really mad and do the unthinkable.''

"Do you want to see yourself having more kids with him? No! Just calm down and play along. Nelson will make sure nothing happens to you." Layla said.

"I hope so." Just then they heard car honks from outside.

Prilla breathed heavily."He's here."

"Everything will be alright." Teri assured. All three of them hugged her as she left the house. They looked on from the windows and door.

Aaron caught them watching and waved at them like a maniac. His appearance was very awful and it gave off a bad impression. It's not like he was a good person in the first place.

The car sped off and the girls looked at each other with hope that the guys and the police would get them back.

Meanwhile, Jace, Jayden, Connor and Nelson where waiting outside. When they saw Aaron drive off, they also got ready to follow.

A call from the police came through. "We would advise you stay behind and leave this for the police," the officer said.

"No. Prilla needs us there and we're not backing off," Nelson replied.

"Well then, stay safe. We are after Aaron."

Aaron was oblivious that he was being followed. He drove for about 30 minutes to an hour and stopped in an empty street.

In order to conceal their identity, they left their cars and walked to the y'all building Aaron had entered with Prilla and Bella.

Prilla looked very worried. She was wondering when the rescue was going to come because at the top of the building was a helicopter waiting to send them away.

Meanwhile, Jace, Nelson, Connor and Jayden had gone ahead of the police and Aaron. Through the recording device they had set on Prilla, they discovered their plans and that wasn't what they planned for. When they communicated the situation to the girls, Teri was able to come up with a brilliant plan.

Jace and Nelson went up, leaving Connor and Jayden to be on the lookout. Up there was a rugged guy with a cigar in between his lips.

"Aaron sent you here?" He asked.

Jace answered. "Yes. He wants to make sure we're ready to take off."

"He didn't tell me he was sending someone here but yah. Everything is set." Nelson crept behind him and made him inhale some substance that instantly made him unconscious.
