살갗을 파고든 너의 말은 cruel

CHAPTER 1
ACT 3
Lonely Boy

"I mean— it just caught me off-guard I guess..." you try to observe your savior without being too obvious, but the world decided to be cruel and made it look like you were admiring him or some sort.
He had vermillion hair that was messily styled, and a piercing done on his left ear. His grey-blue eyes were the complete opposite of his vibrant hair color. It's like looking at a stormy ocean, full of mysteries and it could turn violent at some point. You shuddered internally at this thought. If you looked closely, it seemed like his nails were painted black.
You feel like you've seen him from somewhere before, but still can't make up that memory. "Have I met you before?"
The male hummed and his dull eyes curved to the shape just like a crescent moon. "I've never recalled ever seeing you until now." Just great, now you looked like a complete fool. Slightly bowing, you instantly speed walked away from the scene. With the jacket still intact.
Staring at your retreating figure, Alexandre chuckled and went back to his friends. "How interesting." A grin formed on his face.
Meanwhile, you inhaled and exhaled sharply. You kept on having awkward meetings with so much good looking people that you honestly never knew was possible. Sliding the art room's door, you saw Sylvia waving her hand violently and proceeded to sit beside her. What you didn't notice was that Eloise was sitting in front of her, giving you a shy wave which you happily returned.
Soon the teacher stepped inside the room and told everyone to prepare their materials. Each student was given a watercolor paper. The atmosphere was cheery, until the teacher announced that it was going to be an individual project. Everyone simultaneously started to sketch what they were going to color later on. Slowly, you drew a few lines here and there, which after a period later turned to a sketch of a landscape.
It was your favorite past time, pouring all the creativity you had into a blank canvas. Initially, you liked art because you could paint all your frustration away at first, but got into it much later on. Whilst coloring the sketch she made, Eloise tapped your hand. "[Name], do you have any white paint? Mine's finished..." You nodded as you rummaged through your tote bag, then handed Eloise the paint.
Even though there were no words that left the your mouth, Eloise was still pretty proud of the interaction. I mean, she can talk normally without stopping mid sentence now, an applause would probably what she needed. On the other hand, you whispered to Sylvia. "Hey, do you know anyone from our grade with really bright red-orange hair?"
Questionably glancing at you, Sylvia answered. "Yeah, I do. He's kind of the talk of the school, I think he was at class 2-B. Why?" You tiredly looked around the room to see if anyone was eavesdropping, then continued. "I saw him in the hallway while I was taking my materials, and I wanted to ask if you knew his name or something. He really stood out compared to everyone else. You think he dyed his hair or something?"
