The Pirate King and His Queen

𝑊𝑒 𝑑𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑙𝑖𝑘𝑒 𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑏𝑢𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒, 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑦 𝑑𝑎𝑦

I had fought incredibly hard to get to the spot I am in today. It wasn't handed to me like my other competitors. I didn't receive my men and my territory from my parents or through money.

I gained my men by starting as one of them. I gained their trust, became like a brother to them. I became a part of the inner family for the boss, too. He trusted me heavily, often leaving me to completely run things.

Then the boss became ill. It wasn't long before he decided to pass the business on to me and leave it all in my hands.

So I became the head of the family that he labeled as a business.

I would do anything for the members of my family, especially the members of the inner family, my right hand people. Our gang wasn't large, only seventeen members, with only six being part of my inner family.

There were very few that stood by my side in the inner family, very few that knew everything about the business.

Jeong Yunho, my main connection. He may look like a big golden retriever, but he is fierce when it comes to keeping the business off the ground. He has many eyes and ears in other gangs, keeping my informed on everything that goes on both inside and outside our gang.

Kang Yeosang, my techie. He is an expert when it comes to anything technology related. He'll hack into the authorities database to keep the gang out of trouble. He doesn't talk to many people, barely even speaks to me. The only person he is exceptionally close to is Wooyoung.

Jung Wooyoung, one of my two spies. He is an expert at playing and manipulating others' feelings and emotions. He isn't afraid to seduce and sleep with people if it means gets information out of it. He tends to be impulsive and acts before thinking, but never does the job half-ass. He is protective of Yeosang, but he is closest to San.

Choi San, my other spy. All he needs to do is flash a dimpled smile and people melt, offering him any information they have. He is exceptionally good at any weapon, but particularly hand-to-hand combat. He may sleep and seduce, but his main motivation is protecting Wooyoung. He'll go from a sweet and loving man, to a blood-lusting demon within a split second.

Song Mingi, my weapons master. No one knows our weapons better than he does, and no one is as skilled as he is. He is the main teacher of all my inner family members. He knows his way around any and every weapon, and is exceptional at getting shipments from other sources. He is fiercely loyal, not doing anything without my approval first.

Lastly, Choi Jongho, my main bodyguard. He follows me around everywhere, making sure I am safe. He is also fiercely loyal, not taking any back talk when it comes to me. He is insanely strong and skilled with weapons. He will not hesitate to rough someone up or get his hands dirty if it means protecting and helping me.

The members of the gang call me The Pirate King, because of how quickly I made our territory and reputation grow within the short amount of time I have been leader. I am ruthless and I won't show mercy to traitors or disrespectful people.

The only thing I'm missing is my Pirate Queen.
