Author's POV:
All of them started walking behind Miraal without giving any heed to Meesum before saying "Miraal bhabhi zindabad " os "Humari bhabhi kaisi ho? Miraal bhabhi kaisi ho" in a loud voice to which Miraal blushed but didn't responded to them.
Whereas Meesum just shoke his head at their immaturity but again remembered the good news of her agreement and automatically a huge smile made it's way to his mouth.
He was grinning like a madman when Musa came and punched in his upper abdomen making him groan as well as embarrassed as his cousin/best friend caught him grinning like a teenager or a child who got it's favourite candy.
"Kya hogaya bhai mu phar ke bateesi kyun dikha raha hai? Hume tere peeley daant dekhne ka koi shok nahi hai, band kar apna mu qasam se bara hi koi manhoos lag raha hai" said Musa teasing Meesum.

Meesum ignored his teasing royally and told him the reason behind his grinning like a fool "Abay vo chor apni bhen aur mere Nikkah aur rukhsati ki tayyari kar". Even after finishing his sentence Meesum was grinning.
Being irritated from his grinning Meesum said "Bhai ye bateesi dikhana toh band kar kasam se horror movie ke villain se ziyada bura lag raha hai". To which Meesum replied
"Yaar ek toh pehle tum dono bhen bhai decide karlo smile kiya karun ya nahi, bhen 'Please Meesum smile kiya karein varna ap robot lagte hain' kehte kehte nahi thakti aur bhai kehta hai ke smile hi na karo, jab tum dono bhen bhai ka decide hojaye toh mujhe bata dena, aur ab jaa yahan se mujhe fresh hona hai" Meesum held Musa's shoulder and turned him around only to close the door at his back.

In common sitting area
Author's POV:
All of the cousins came hooting, shouting sat on the sofas and couches. "Aisa kya hogaya hai ghar mei itna shor kyun machaya hua hai apna volume thora ahista karo" Rubina scolded everyone but her question wasn't answered but she was answered by her own daughter who said "Mumma apko bhi jab pata lagega toh ap bhi aise hi shor machayegi".
"Acha toh beti sahiba hume bhi batane ki zehmat karein zara" came Lubaba's voice from background but her question wasn't answered same as Rubina's.
Thus Lubaba was stopped by Miraal's plea "Mamma please room mei khana bhejwa dein mai andar jaa rahi" "Aray haan mai toh bhool hi gayi ke tumne aur Meesum me khana hi nahi khaya ruko mai deti hun usko bhi dedena" .
Hearing Meesum's name her face turned red and her cousins started wriggling their eyebrows seeing her so to escape their teasing she said "Nahi mamma mai apne room mei jaa rahi hun ap kisi se kehdein please"
Lubaba agreed and turned towards Rubina saying "Chal Rubi inhone toh hume kuch batana hi nahi hai, chai banai hai bhabhi intezar kar rahi hain" and they both left the room

Soon lunch was sent separately in their rooms by one the workers and they had it in peace and got some rest to gain some energy to bare the teasings and drama of all the family members.

Time rushed and it was 9 pm, which was dinner time. Bijaan ordered workers to call everyone down for dinner and then their leave

In dining room
Author's POV:
As everyone sat on their respective chairs and started having their dinner when Bijaan cleared her not so dry throat multiple times to gain everyone's attention in which she was successful as everyone in the room were looking at her.
She again cleared her throat before saying
"Mujhe ek announcement karni hai toh sab dehaan se sune gey".
Listening to her Miraal and Meesum started feeling nervous and happy as they knew what the announcement was.
However, before Armeenna could tell what the announcement is she was interrupted by her own sons.
"Amma aisa kya hua jo ap itna serious hokey announcement kar rahi hain" questioned Armeena's eldest son Haider followed by his younger brother Hassan who is Armeena's second son "Jee Amma bataye sab khariyat toh hai? Ap itni serious kyun hain". Armeena became frustrated and said "Tum saray apna bara sa mu band rakho toh kuche bataun na itni khushi ki khabar deni thi sara mood kharab kar diya"
disappointment was pretty visible on her face."Chalein Amma ab bata bhi dein kyun suspense bara rahi hain" this time her youngest son Hammad spoke.
Seeing their desperate faces Armeena declared "Mai aur tumhare Abba ne Meesum aur Miraal ke Nikkah ka socha hai"
"Wah Amma ye toh achi baat hai, date kab ki sochi ap ne?" asked Hammad again to which Armeena replied "Huzaifa bilkul apne baap pe gaya hai, kisi ko bolne nahi deta apni bolta rehta hai". Listening to his name Huzaifa replied "Yaar Bijaan is mei mai kahan se agaya, ap date bataye na suspense na rakhein".
Armeena was opening her mouth to speak when she was again interrupted but this time it was her own husband who said "Aray begham ap rehne dein mai hi bata deta hun" and Armeena replied "Chalein theek"
Yawar continued "Humne faisla kiya hai ke dono bacho ka nikkah ghar pe hoga is jummah ko namaz ke baad aur raat mei Musa aur Aira ki rukhsati bhi inke saath hi hogi, agar kisi ko ye faisla manzoor nahi toh mujhe without any hesitation bata sakte hain" when he finished everyone was quiet so Armeena said "Aray bhai tumhare Abba ne itni bari khabar batayi hai kuch bolo toh statue kyun ban gaye ho"
Coming back to his senses Hassan said "Ammi hume kya masla hona hai bachiyan apne ghar mei hi ayeingi lekin Miraal aur Aira ki rukhsati kuch jaldi nahi ho rahi aur vaise bhi aj tuesday, Friday tak sari tayyari kaise puri hongi?"and Haider nodded agreeing along with his brother not ready to get his princess marry off.
They were answered by their father who's answer contented them and they agreed "Beto baap ke liye uski beti humesha hi choti rehti hai lekin behtar yehi hai ke agar rishte pakke hochuke hain toh unko complete kardiya jaye, vaise bhi agar dono betiya kisi dusre ghar jaati toh mai bhi itni jaldi rukhsati ko nahi manta lekin bachiyan apne ghar hi ayeingi rukhsat hoke, aur kaam ki baat Jahan tak hai vo mujhe apne bacho per yakeen hai ke vo sambhal sakte hain sab toh ab mujhe umeed hai ap sab ko koi masla nahi hai". He faced his grandchildren and asked "baqi bachi ap mei se kisi ko mere is faisle se masla hai?" to which all four of them denied by shaking their head with red faces and necks.
"Chalein toh bas sab theek hai, betiyo ap shaadi ki tayyari shru karein" Yawar stated and he received everyone's nods.

After dinner:
Author's POV:
After everyone left only Miraal and Meesum were left in the room. Meesum asked "Miraal apko Bijaan aur Agha jaan ke is faisle se koi masla toh nahi? " whereas Miraal just shoke her head instead of answering.
He continued further "Chalein phir theek hai, aur mujhe ap agle 30 minutes mei mere room mei apni books aur assignments ke saath chahiye hain".
His statement made Miraal snap her head towards him "Meesum ab toh shaadi hone wali hai 3 din mei, ab toh na parhaye" she said almost pleading him. Nevertheless it didn't even effected him as he said "Shaadi ho rahi hai toh kya ab kabhi parhai nahi karni?".
"Nahi nahi, vo abhi mai vo um..haan abhi toh nahi na baad mei parhein gey" she wasn't getting words to justify her reason for not studying but he stopped her from arguing further by saying "Enough Miraal, bahane hogaye ho toh, in my room within next 30 minutes having your books in your hands". "Per, um, Meesum, ap, baat, toh" Miraal's brain and mouth weren't with her today because she wasn't able to deny him. She was thinking what to say when she heard "25 minutes left Miraal "
Saying so he left the room leaving a Miraal with a I am about to cry face.
