"Tivan, we have been halfway around the galaxy, retrieving this orb," Gamora said snapping Tivan out of trance with being disappointed in not being able to have the Centaurian. 

"Very well, then. Let us see what you brought. Peter looks at Natalie, as she retrieves the orb from his bag but accidentally drops it out of nervous and fear, she quickly picks it up to show the Collector who looked at her with a twinkle in his eyes. 

It doesn't go unnoticed by Peter though. First its Drax and now this guy Tivan He thought a ring on her finger would keep men from even looking her way. 

"Oh, my new friends. Before creation itself, there were six singularities," He begins as he uses a device to unlock and open the orb. "Then the universe exploded into existence, and the remnants of these systems were forged into concentrated ingots. Infinity Stones. These stones, it seems, can only be brandished by beings of extraordinary strength. Observe,"  he says as he shows  the giant beings that use the Infinity Stones as weapons. "These carriers can use the stone to mow down entire civilizations like wheat in a field," He finishes as Natalie looked both awe struck and in fear. 

"Oh my gosh, these stones are beautiful yet deadly at the same time," She points out as Tivan smiled at her. 

"Yes my little Centaurian, you are correct. In fact once, for a moment, a group was able to share the energy amongst themselves, but even they were quickly destroyed by it," Tivan said as the orb is opened to reveal a blue Infinity Stone. "Beautiful. Beyond compare. Just like you my rare flower of beauty,"

"Blah, blah, blah. We're all very fascinated, whitey. But we'd like to get paid," Rocket says before Peter had a chance to snap at Tivan. 

"How would you like to get paid?"

"What do you think, fancy man? Units!" Rocket shouted getting annoyed with him.

"Very well, then," he said as he goes to get the money, however the pink girl Carina becomes fascinated by the Infinity Stone, walks towards it. "Carina. Stand back," Tivan warned her in a dark tone. 

"I will no longer be your slave!" Carina shouted out reaching for the stone. 

"No!" Tivan yells but was too late as Carina grabs the Stone, triggering an explosion that destroys herself as well the Collectors place. 

Groot grabs Rocket and runs out of the place as it explodes; Peter grabs Natalie and Gamora follows as they hid under the table with Peter's body hovering over Natalie's to protect her from any flying objects coming their way. Once the explosion is over the three then come out from under the table to look at the destruction caused by the explosion. 

"What the fff...? Babe are you alright?" Peter asked placing his arms on her shoulders checking for injuries. 

Natalie who is in shock at what just happened nodded her head causing Peter to sigh in relief as Gamora grabs the orb and locks it back up to contain the Infinity Stone as they leave the Collector's place. 

"How could I think Tivan could contain whatever was within the orb?" Gamora asked tossing it to Natalie who caught it with her hands. 

"What do you still have it for? And you just gave it to Natalie!" Rocket shouts out of panic. 

"Well what are we gonna do, leave it in there?" Natalie asks looking down at Rocket. 

"We have to bring this to the Nova Corps. There's a chance they can contain it," Gamora said causing Natalie to agree as she went to stand beside her. 

"I agree with Gamora, the Nova Corps is our best bet with this thing we can no longer carry it around like its not a ticking time bomb," Natalie said causing Peter to gasp.
