"Daddy, I just don't know how much my gentle heart can take anymore! I don't!" Julius howls again for he had been at his father's for more than a week and had yet to spill all that was wrong or why he was even home. Upon his arrival at Edgar's home, he had all but collapsed in his old room just wanting to dream the days away, and not think about all his troubles back in San Diego.

Edgar hadn't asked any questions; just let the man sleep for the past few days, and after sleeping another 14 hours he emerged to find his father this afternoon on the back patio. Looking up from his book, Edgar removes his glasses before pulling out the patio seat beside him.

"Sientate, amigo," he says sternly as Julius removes his fogged up glasses.

He had been crying in his room for the past hour, and really needed to talk to his dad. It was true that he hadn't done a very good job at keeping in touch with his father, but when he had heard Tessy on the phone then received that threat from her cunt of a wife, Jillian, the first person he thought of was Edgar. He knew that he needed him, and he realized when he was halfway to his house that he had made a HUGE mistake tossing his ring in Phillip's face. He really had because Philly had been the best thing that had happened to him since Ryan's passing.

Sitting beside Edgar, Julius buries his face in his hands, sobbing his eyes out, and the older man looks at him with concern. He knew that Julius had always been one for the dramatics, but this was serious considering not only had the young man hardly ever cried but also, he wasn't one to share his deepest, darkest feelings...let alone show up on his doorstep.

"What happened, mijo? Hmm? Why did you show up here all upset a few days ago? Are you in trouble of some kind? I've let you sleep and not bothered you about it but you need to talk to me."

Looking back at his father, Julius wipes his eyes as he tries to find his voice. "Tessy! She's in so much trouble with her abusive wife! Stefanie is...is in REHAB! Steffy and Lena got married and didn't tell me! I had to find out like a vagabond! And...and RYAN IS GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!" He begins to wail even louder now as Edgar closes his book and sets it on the picnic table.

"Oh, mijo, you've been through a whole lot, but Ryan has been gone for a few years. Aren't you engaged again to be married? Where's that handsome man, Philly?"

"I'm NOT! I'm NOT GETTING MARRIED AGAIN IN LIFE!!!!!" Julius screeches as Edgar frowns and grabs his son's flying hand and looks at it.

"Donde esta tu anillo? Hmmm? The ring?"

"I tossed it in Philly's face! I'm a MESS! A MESSSSS, and I can't get married! I needed to come home and find myself all over again, and-"

"Woahhhh, there, buddy," Edgar holds up his hand now as he leans forward. "You're not making one lick of sense, young man. None, and I think you need to go splash some cold water on that face of yours and come back here and have a reasonable conversation, one that makes sense."

"I am making sense! How much sense can one make? I don't know my head from my ass! My life is in RUINS!!!!!!!" Julius cries even louder as Edgar frowns even more, now folding his arms.

"Are you deaf? Go! Come back after you've calmed down, mijo. There is no sense in me talking to you when you're this emotional. No one can. Now go, my son. Go, and we can talk over something to eat. Just like we did when you were a young boy. It's what's best," Edgar says looking right at his sensitive and emotional son as Julius sighs.

"I just want things to work out. I want my little family back! I miss how things were. I miss TESSY! I miss Ryan, even if I love Philip and I'm so lucky to find love twice. Twice. I'm happy my Steffy and Mocha found each other again, GOD knows they were just horrible without each other and their kids were acting foolish because of it. But I don't know! I'm not trying to be dramatic, I'm not but...I'm-"
