I check my business account on Instagram opening messages for appointments, As I inspect my email I notice that I have a meeting with other Entrepreneurs, I set my coffee down and head to my closet picking out my outfit for the day.

Finishing off my coffee I begin to check my text and review the email for the location of the meeting, 'Well guess its heads out' I whisper to myself shutting the door behind me.

Pulling into the parking lot I get a call, rolling my eyes picking up the phone, "What? I only have a limited time I have work in a couple of minutes" I step out of my car grabbing my purse in the passenger, "Hear me out y/n, Please I'm so fucking sorry." I sigh, "Julius... If you really were sorry, you would give me space." I hang up the phone irritated, 'Boy troubles?' A deep voice expresses, I roll my head from that snarky comment 'Excuse me?' I blurt, "didnt mean to offend you' I inspect his face looked familiar, 'Ace?' I questioned, I almost didn't even recognize him if it weren't for his lips and smile, He grew inches to his height towering over me.

'Got me there.' Smirking, 'Oh my god... Sorry, I should've known.' I walk towards him and open my arms seeking a hug, 'How have you been?' I ask, 'Good, Really good.' We let go of each other and continue a conversation into the building, 'Wait are you in this meeting as well?' 'I'm the boss' I laugh, As I notice his serious reaction, Oh shit I pause as my face freezes.

"I always knew you'd be a businessman."

Ace's pov

As we both walk out of the elevator, walking after her, checking her out... She's in great shape, and she looks muscular, That ass just got more significant though, I laugh under my breath as she stops in her tracks, 'Do you know where the room is?' I snap my neck back up looking dumb. "Yeah, the last door to your left." She squints her eyes with suspicion, 'Thanks.' y/n smiles.

Sitting in my office all I think about are her words 'I always knew you'd been a businessman.' I knew she loved to watch and obverse people when y/n was young but I would've never thought she observed me that much. Fuck I know we were young but she was my best, Friend, She never judged me like how her friends considered me back then.

'Mr. Walker, You have a visitor.' Mariane tells me, Y/n sneaks past into my office, 'Damn, So this your office everyone talking about? Doesn't look that big to me.' I laugh with ego, 'Who said that?' She smiles with her eyes 'Nobody.' Y/n places herself into the chair infront of me, staring into my eyes locking eye contact, Her eyes drop to my lips as she opens her mouth to speak, 'How's Toronto, I heard you go up there and come back every couple of months.' Keeping eye contact, 'Good, Yeah I go up there every two months if I get bored of being here or Toronto." A long pause came between us. 'You look good y/n.' I let out slowly, 'Thank you. I would say the same about you but... I'm not used to seeing you in a suit" She kids, we both smile at our view of each other. I catch pink on her cheeks as she gets up from the chair whipping her down her dress, 'I better go.' She beams, I get up and open the door for her.

'You want me to walk you down?' I laugh 'Yeah, Honestly I needed somebody to show me how to get to your office, This place is fucking massive.' She whispers loudly, Mariane's eyes darting to y/n, 'Alright I'll lead the way then'

'how did the meeting go?' I questioned 'Good, I thought you were going to attend though?' 'I can choose if I want to.' She lifted her head as a long "oh", 'You didnt wanna go?' Y/n asks, 'I had a lot on my mind' I let out, 'Like?'

'Just work stuff, I've been thinking I wanna stay here for longer now' 'Really? Give me your phone, I'll put in my number so we can keep in touch.' Ahh perfect. I handed her my phone as she dials her number into my contacts, 'It was great seeing you, Ace.' 'Yeah, you too y/n it made my day better.' She smiles with her big eyes walking out the door and giving me a wave goodbye.
