Note: I'm thinking of changing the POV to 'I' instead of 'You'. How does that sound? Also sorry if this seems rushed! I wanted to update this book as soon as possible to make up for not posting often!

You walked into the classroom, waving to your students. You had your teaching block right before All Might's.

"Good afternoon everyone!" You smiled.

The class reacted by giving good afternoons back and saying hello.

"So, I told you yesterday that I'm the Hero Life Studies Teacher. Do any of you have an idea as to what that means?" You asked. Only about five raised their hands.

"Yes Miss Asui?" You smiled.

"That you'll be teaching us about how to manage our hero lives?" She guessed.

"Pretty close actually. I'm going to be teaching you about how to handle things like press, your hero agencies, your family lives, and so on. Today I'll just be going over introductions and why you choose this to be your career. So, does anyone have any questions before we start?" You looked around the room before a red haired boy raised his hand.

Kirishima, Eijiro. Quirk, Hardening.

"Yes Kirishima?" You asked.

"Since you're gonna be asking us, is it okay if I ask why you wanted to be a hero?" He asked. He seemed slightly nervous.

"Of course." You smiled slightly.

The class immediately payed close attention.

"You see my parents aren't heroes like some of yours may be. My mothers own the ice cream place down on the corner of third and main in Tokyo." You laughed.

"I know that place!" Kaminari spoke up

You laughed again.

"You see? Not heroes in the normal sense. Although children may see them as heroes because they sell ice cream." Some laughed.

"When I was a child," You paused for a moment, "My twin and I saw a broadcast on tv while we were at school. A villain had attacked on third street and it caused the ice cream shop to be destroyed. My parents rebuilt of course but that sparked our dream. We wanted to be heroes more than anything. We wanted to be able to protect our moms. We even made our own hero names." You gave a small smile.

No one was speaking.

"My brother and I trained everyday. And we even placed second and fifth in the entrance exam here." You glanced out the window as you finished speaking.

"You have a brother? That's so cool! Which pro is he?" Sero exclaimed.

It was silent for a moment.

"He didn't become a pro hero dear." You sighed.

"What? So he didn't have what it takes to be a pro?" Bakugo smirked.
