The beautiful cocktail-blue sky was beginning to darken into a shade of grey as pillows of dark clouds were forming, blocking out the golden rays of sunshine.
Jisung was walking peacefully down the street for some fresh air when he felt a droplet of rain fall atop of his head. Soon after, the seemingly singular water droplet transitioned into a downpour.
As if expecting the heavy rainfall, Jisung continued to walk down the street, enjoying the raindrops as they repeatedly hit against his body, before turning into an alleyway.
"Meow."
Jisung stopped in his tracks. Was he suddenly hearing things? Why would there be a cat in a small, dark, cramped alleyway?
"Meow."
Another sound of what seems to be a cat could be heard. Jisung, being the curious boy he was, went to find the source of the noise.
After making a few left and rights through the creepy alleyway, Jisung found a small black cat with bright sun glow eyes. He quietly walked towards it and crouched down beside it. He stayed there for a few moments, contemplating whether or not he should bring it back to his place.
The cat slowly got up and went in between Jisung's legs, rubbing against one of them in hopes of finding just the tiniest bit of warmth. Jisung snapped out of his thoughts and slowly ( but surely ) observed the cat. He stretched out his hand and let the cat smell it before slowly patting its fur, the place in between the ears.
Not long after he comforted the cute little black cat, he wrapped it in his shirt ( like a blanket ) and stood up, going back the way he came from and to his house.
Locking the door behind him, Jisung went to the bathroom, with the cat still wrapped in his shirt, and started a bath for the cat.
He slowly lowered the black cat into the bathtub and started to wash out all the dirt from its fur, frowning at all the dirt particles and flees that came out of it. Jisung made a mental note to feed and hydrate the poor cat after he washed up.

After putting on some comfortable clothes, Jisung went out of the bathroom to check up on the cat and gave it some food and water.
To his surprise, what he found was not the same black cat with a pair of sun glow eyes but a male with cat ears and tail.
"Who the hell are you?" Jisung stared at the boy in front of him with wide eyes, "And what is with the fake cat ears and tail— How did you even get in here?!" Many questions flowed into Jisung's brain as he tried to process what had just happened.
"These are very much real, human. And I am that cat you kindly saved from that disgusting alleyway."
'Huh?' Jisung thought, 'How is that even possible? How can a cat turn itself into a human- well half human, in this matter.'
"Anyways, do you have any food? I'm starving." The other male said, waving a hand in front of Jisung's face as he desperately tried to get his attention.
Snapping back to reality, Jisung stared blankly at the cat — male human and took out two packets of instant noodles from the cupboard.

Jisung stared at his bowl of noodles, not having an appetite after what he had just witnessed.
"What's your name?" Jisung suddenly asked as he looked up from his bowl. "I don't have one..." The cat replied shortly after as he stared into his noodles.
"You don't have one..?" The male hummed as he slurped his food slowly, not maintaining eye contact with Jisung at all. "How about I give you a name, hm? How does that sound?" The fluffy triangular ears of the other male perked up happily at the sound of this and immediately nodded his head without hesitation.
"Alright then, I'll call you... Minho!"
— A few weeks later —
Minho and Jisung's friendship has increased tremendously as they spent most of their time together.
Although Minho could be quite annoying, Jisung was happy to have someone by his side. All the things Minho did, be it spilling a glass of milk all over the floor or be it tearing apart the furniture, Jisung would never have the tendency of scolding or yelling at the boy.
In Jisung's eyes, Minho was the definition of perfect. The way his ears would perk up when happy or the way his tail would swish slowly from side to side, and his eyes- Jisung loved Minho's eyes. The way they shine when he sees something that interests him or the way those pair of bright, sun glow eyes can be as calming as the waves of the ocean.
One day, the two friends were were sitting on the same couch, watching whatever they found on Netflix. However, instead of paying attention to the movie being played, Jisung was busy admiring the beauty of the boy beside him.
Minho was curled up into a small ball, tail wrapped around his body while he hugged his knees. He could sense someone staring at him from a mile away and eventually turned his head to face Jisung. "You okay?" Minho asked as he waved a hand in front of the boy.
Jisung smiled as his gaze softened. "Yeah... I'm fine." Minho cocked his head to the side, "Fine? You don't look... fine.." Jisung chuckled as he reached out to pat the spot in between Minho's ears.
"I assure you, I am perfectly okay. Let's just focus on the movie, 'kay?" Minho nodded and turned back to the colourful television screen, eyes shining in the darkly lit room.
That's when Jisung knew that he was in love.
