After the mission. You just loved his sarcasme while he was fighting and that he was such a gentleman towards you.
Tony: When you and Tony had a real conversation for the first time. You always thought he was handsome but when you really talked you got a huge crush for Iron man.
Bruce; Actually the moment you're brother dragged you out of the lab. You knew that he wouldn't do that if it wasn't serious and when you talked to Bruce you really liked him. He would listen hours just to hear you talking.
Bucky; Through the stories of Steve and Natasha you kind of got to know James Barnes. But after that date you really got to know him and started develop a chrush.
Pietro:
After the first date you really liked him. And Wanda made a comment about that when you were alone because she saw it in your mind. And after that you and Wanda kinda became best friends.
Clint: The very first time you looked into his eyes. Love at first sight. The dates that followed were defently not a surprise at all.
