A side note, if one is changed into a vampire before the age of 20, they continue to grow and age until they're 20 before they stop aging all the way around. If they are 20+ when they get turned, that's the age they stop aging. When a vampire is born, they age until 20 and then stop all the way around. So if one is turned at the age of 17, they will continue to grow and age until 20.
Also, side note, there is no specific eye color that their eyes change to. Some vampires' eyes change to other colors than when they were human, some stay the same, and others turn a more vibrant color than before being turned.
