I just finished buttoning up my shirt when I heard a loud sigh outside my door.

"You ready, Kodi? God, you take longer to get dressed then a girl!" Rei complained. I put over my black vest and a bow tie. I had a pair of black pants on to go with it. Riley had told me to dress formal.

I opened the door to let her in. "I'm almost ready." Rei was borrowing one of Riley's dresses. It was a long purple sleeveless dress that was frilly at the top and bottom, and around where the sleeves would be. She had a matching purple bow in her hair on her left side.

"Hurry up" she muttered. I grabbed some gel and spread it around my hair evenly. After that, I combed my hair with my fingers to make it neater.

"Alright, let's go to the party" I smiled. It was about eight, plus a half hour drive to the party, but it didn't start until seven, and it doesn't end until late.

A half hour drive later, we finally made it to the party.

"About time!" Rei said, crossing her arms over her chest. I nodded.

"Let's go in" I replied. We entered the house and Riley immediately found me.

"Kodi! Glad you made it!" she smiled. She wore a pink dress that stopped just above the knees. She had on a pearl necklace.

"Yup, I made it" I said. She nodded.

"Well, I have to go back to my boyfriend! Later!" she smiled. I looked around to see Rei already missing. I sighed and walked over to the bar table, taking a seat.

The bartender and the person who threw the party, Chris, walked over to me. He was nineteen and James brother. I never really liked Chris.

"Could I get you something to drink?" He asked.

"Water is fine" I replied.

"Come on, don't be like that. Have a drink, it's a party. Enjoy yourself" he smiled.

Feeling pressured, I replied, "I suppose one drink wouldn't hurt." He left and came back a minute later with what appeared to be vodka mixed with some other juice.

He placed it in front of me. "On the house, Kodi." I placed the drink to my lips and tilted my head back, downing the liquid. It tasted a little funny.

A few minutes later my body started to go numb. My vision began to get a little blurry though I was fully awake. I knew for sure I wasn't drunk.

"What did you do?" I yelled, though it only came out as a whisper.

"I slipped a little something in so you wouldn't resist" he replied. He grabbed me and took me into an empty room. What was he going to do?

"You've always had the perfect body, Kodi" he leaned in closer, "or should I say Candice?" My eyes widened. This guy was insane.

"Get away from me!" I growled. He landed on top of me and started caressing my cheek. "I could have you arrested for this!"

He slowly began to unbutton my vest. I felt tears burning my eyes, threatening to spill over.

"Get off me, as soon as y-" my voice was muffled when he placed his lips over mine. He pulled away a second later.

"You talk too much" he leaned in closer, "I could fix that. I will leave you panting for more." I struggled to get free.

Suddenly, the door broke down and Cody ran in. "Where is he?!" His gaze drifted to me, "Kodi!"

"Cody?" I questioned softly. He scooped me up in his arms.

"Shh, I will get you home" he said as he began to walk out, glaring at Chris as he passed him. Soon after, I fell asleep cradled in Cody's arms.
