The first freedom struggle for Indian independence is already curbed by Britishers...After the revolt of 1857 the British retaliation was cruel..Their new policies were more bitter and things like racial superiority prevailed among them.

There were lot of developments in field of administration and education (especially for girls).
By then many colleges for women were established in the Bengal province of British India.

Amidst all this chaotic situation there were two people unaware of their entangled destiny working on their fronts against the suppressive rule..

ABHYUDAY ROY MAJUMDAR

A calm and composed man.A man of few words with intimidating personality.
Son of a renowned Zamindar(landlord) Shashikant Roy Majumdar and his beloved wife Priyadrashini Devi.
He studied law and commerce from the prestigious London University.
He may look westernized on the outside but he is a total patriot and have an ardent desire for freedom of India and work on his own mission.

ALAKNANDA MITRA

An educated and strongheaded girl .
Mature and Childish at the same time.
Currently pursuing graduation from women's college in her city.
Daughter of merchant Satish Chandra Mitra.
Driven by idea of absolute freedom she often take steps that lands her into trouble but being her Baba's pyaari beti she don't need to worry about any trouble.

ANDREW BENJAMIN EDWARDS

Son of a government official now working for the British Royal Army..
A man of liberal ideas and not a supporter of cruel colonialism.

RUDOLF L McHOLM

A ruthless British Government official.
His main aim is to succumb any voice against the British Regime..
