Thou callest me infestation for thou doth loathe me
so it is now with poison I extend to thee
Thou didst tread where thou needn't have tread
and with great expectations insist I calleth thou friend'Nay' I say, for in times longeth past,
bronze was my ornament over which I did bask
Perched upon the likeness of better men than thee
I've seen the swell of civilizations, they've crumbled to the seaFor thou art still hateful and foul
and thou did banish me from thy splendid hall
Now through neglect I maketh my home
in the places of low now wild and o'ergrownCasting shadows in my wake I patiently wait
for thee to come and drown in my lake
I crawl o'er stones and rubble, o'er plains swamps and bogs
creep underneath the thicket of fogOh spite! I am ever-green, shiny and eternal
contrasted against thee I am sempiternal
For what reason have I to be green, 'tis thee
who should harbour that envy for meI am free to roam wherever I so desire
while you only rise until your friends conspire
you peddle hatred and wonder, "why me?"
Because you act like your brain is the size of a pea.Thy heart aches to haveth me gone
worry not, I've indeed withdrawn
Thou shalt ruin and wreck; thy role: executioner
instead of taking the blame, thou push it on LuciferYou pillage and rape the home you've been given
and expect with one act of kindness that you'll be forgiven
Even in death thy frames will be litter
and thou shalt be doomed to forever be bitter.
