Part 3: Everyone is different!

Naruto POV:

I think, other than the looks, Sarada and Kawaki are kind of similar to Sasuke.

They are smart at just 5 weeks old.

I am not the one to call my children stupid but, jeez, Sarada and Kawaki are the smartest of all 4.

"When is dad coming home??" Menma asks.

I sigh.

"3 months." I say.

Menma groans.

"I miss him!!" He says.

I smile a bit.

"I miss him too." I say.

Menma glares at me.

"What?" I ask.

"I miss teasing him and having him around, you only miss him in bed."

I blush.

"Why are you saying such things, Menma!?" I ask.

He glares at me.

I blush more.

"I mean...or no no I do maybe but I do miss having him around as well!" I say.

Menma nods.

"Menm-!" baby voices say.

I look to the crib-like circle where Kawaki and Sarada looking at Menma.

"What did you say, Sarada and Kawaki? Are you also hungry? Do you need a bottle?" I ask and walk over to them.

"Menmy!" Kawaki says and points to Menma.

My eyes widen.

"Menma!" Sarada says.

This is very early for them to say their first words.

I look to Menma, his eyes are also wide.

"Uh...Menma what have you done to them?" I ask.

He throws his arms out.

"What the heck could I have done!?" He asks as he walks over to me and the babies as well and sits down.

He looks to Boruto who is sucking on his thumb.

"Boruto, hey, who am I?" Menma asks and points to himself.

Boruto doesn't give any reaction.

"Boruto, it's me but do you know my name?" Menma asks.

No reaction.

"Borutooooooo come on the others said my name!!" Menma whines.

No. Reaction.

Menma then gave up.

"Hey, don't worry, he has my genes which means he is...kind of....dumb.." I mumble the last part.

"Don't talk about my little brother like that, mama. I have a mix of you and dad genes and I still got my first word early." Menma says.

I laugh nervously.

"Actually, you said your first word at the age of 3." I say and scratched the back of my neck.

He stares at me in shock.

Then he looks back at Boruto.

"But you aren't dumb, ya know? Everyone is different!" I say.

He smiles.

"Menmy!" Kawaki says.

Menma smiles.

"Yeah, that's me...uh....was it Kiwi?" Menma asks.

I laugh.

"Kawaki is his name!" I say.

"Oh, Kawaki. Menma is my name and you are Kawaki." Menma says and takes Kawaki's Tiny hand in his.

I smile.

"WAAAAAAAA!!!" Naruko cries out.

I walk to her.

"Oh, is someone hungry?" I ask and pick her up.

I smell her diaper.

"I don't smell any poo-poo." I say and walk over to the counter to make a bottle.

I turn to Menma.

"Menma, can you hold Naruko as I make her a bottle?" I ask.

Menma nods and walks over to me and Naruko and picks her up from my arms carefully.

"WAAAAAAAA!!!!" Naruko kept crying.

"Shhh shhh I am your big brother Menma. You are safe with me." Menma says and kept rocking Naruko in his arms.

She stopped crying and nuzzled into Menma's chest.

I smile.

"You are a so great big brother, Menma." I say and shake the bottle.

He shrugs and smiles.

"Do you wanna feed her?" I ask and hold out the bottle.

He looks at it and nods.

He takes the bottle and starts feeding Naruko and she accepted it.

"She really is a copy of you, mama." Menma says, amazed.

I laugh.

"Yeah, I guess." I say.

When Naruko had eaten, she wanted to go to Boruto.

She literally was about to jump away from Menma to go over to Boruto.

So Menma took Naruko back to her brother so they could have their baby-talk.

"Okay. Menma, I take what I said back." I say.

Menma looks back at me with a confused look.

I sigh.

"You can take care of Boruto how much you'd like. You can take him places as well." I say.

Menma's eyes widen then his mouth widened in a smile.

"YAAAY!!!" Menma says and does a little happy dance.

"But! You need to be aware that he is still 5 weeks old only, he can't do so much that you can do. So you need to be careful." I say.

Menma nods excitedly and then goes over to Boruto.

"Did you hear that, Boruto-chan? I'm gonna take care of you for almost 72% of the time!" Menma says and smiles wide at Boruto.

Boruto then giggles and does a little wave to Menma.

I smile.

I think it'll be fine...
