With a confident stride, Ben Park entered the hushed atmosphere of class 1-5, his eyes immediately fixating on Colton Choi. A mischievous smile tugged at the corners of his lips as he approached, his hand reaching out to grasp Colton's cheeks, playfully stretching and contorting them to form comical expressions.

"Look at our adorable little Colton!" Ben chuckled, a twinkle of amusement dancing in his eyes.

Whispers rippled through the classroom, students exchanging glances and comments amidst the mild chaos caused by Ben's impromptu visit.

"Ben Park seems to be making quite frequent appearances in our classroom lately..."

As the brief moment of teasing Colton came to an end, Ben's attention shifted to the trio of boys sitting at the front. F/N L/N sat beside a random classmate, while Gray Yeon and Eugene Gale occupied the seats next to them. A mischievous hum escaped his lips as he considered his next move.

Then, as if propelled by an invisible force, an arm encircled Eugene's shoulder, causing him to startle and look up. His gaze met the mischievous, twinkling eyes of Ben Park.

"Hey, Eugene Gale! And Gray Yeon! And F/N L/N..." Ben greeted, his tone filled with playful intrigue.

Eugene blinked, momentarily taken aback and confused by the sudden attention.

"Now, now," Ben teased, raising a pointed finger in a comically serious manner. "It's not the time for us to just be sitting around like this!" His voice carried a theatrical flair. "Don't you think we should gather together to share our thoughts and ideas, to shape a better future for ourselves?"

He continued, letting his body slump more on Eugene. "Hmm, Hmm, so that brings me to my point... I thought we should hold a friendly group pool competition, at the underpass!"

He peaked over at Gray, a shy hesitance not normal for his character written on his face. "He..yy Gray.. what you got going on after school? you up for pool?"

Gray's steady gaze locked with Ben's anxious expression, their eyes briefly capturing the memories of their past interactions. Ben recalled the initial coldness he had encountered when inviting Gray to the pool house, the distance between them seeming insurmountable. Doubts began to cloud his mind.

Maybe I shouldn't have asked... He'll surely say no, Ben fretted internally.

Yet, Gray's thoughts traveled back to the fight with Jimmy Bae, when Ben had actively shielded him from involvement. He also remembered the genuine concern F/N had shown during his episode with Wesley Song, unlike anyone else.

That level of sincerity was unfamiliar to him.

"Okay," Gray responded, surprising both himself and Ben.

"Yeah," Ben continued, "I totally understand if you're too busy—wait, what?"

"I'll go," Gray repeated, his decision firm.

"Huh? Oh yeah!" Ben exclaimed, a blush tinting his cheeks as he gathered his thoughts. Placing his hands on his hips in triumph, he regained his composure. "Yeah, of course! That's right, that's how it should be! I guess I'll see you after school then!"

A burst of giddy laughter erupted from Ben as he turned abruptly toward Eugene and F/N, his excitement palpable. "You guys are coming too."

"Naturally," F/N smirked, his gaze drifting from the book he had been engrossed in, his confident demeanor unwavering.
