Chapter 4 'The Journey to Zora's domain (Pt.2)'

~'y/n' pov~

"ok, first we need to go to inogo bridge, and from there we can continue on to Zoras domain..." Link said, examining at the map.

"Ok, inogo bridge, got it." You looked ahead, trying to see it, if you could.

~later~

You made it to inogo bridge. 'finally' you thought. Rain started to hit your face, which felt amazing. You closed your eyes, and enjoyed it.

"Hello down there!" You heard a male voice call.
You opened your eyes and looked up to see a man, he was red, and looked like a, shark? 'oh, this must be prince Sidon!' you thought.

"You must be link, the legendary hero! Nice to meet you, and who might this beautiful young lady be?" He flashed his signature smile at you, and he jumped down to stand Infront of you. Link grabbed your hand tightly.

"This is 'y/n' and she is accompanying me on my journey." He said with a jealous tone, which made you blush a little.

"Nice to meet you 'y/n'." Sidon grabbed your other hand and kissed it. You blushed even more.

Link tightened his grip on your hand and his face turned a little red. If this was a cartoon you would probably see smoke come out of his ears. You laughed to yourself as Sidon let go of your hand.

"Miss. 'y/n', it does get pretty cold out here during rain. Would you like to come with me while link travels to Zora's domain? He has to, since he has to prove his strength and determination." Sidon said.

You looked over to Link, and he nodded "Go ahead, I don't want you to get sick." He smiled.

"Alright," You have a small nod to Sidon. "I'll go with you." You smiled at link and then to Sidon.

"Great, hop on my back, I'll carry you to the domain. I'll make sure your horse is safe and will be here when you are ready to leave." He jumped in the water and signaled you to get on his back. You hopped down into the water, swimming over and clinging onto his back.

"Good luck link, I'll follow you. Nothing will happen to 'y/n', I promise." He looked at link. "Just head down there and follow the path."

Link nodded and started on his horse down the path with a look of determination in his eyes.

~Links pov~

I wanted 'y/n' with me but I didn't want her to get sick from the rain. I never felt this feeling before, jealousy, and i didn't like It either. As I was riding across the inogo bridge the rain felt like tiny little slaps across my face, but I was too focused on getting to Zora's domain to even realize or care.

I fought electric lizalfos and keeses, which were only minor setbacks. Finally I made it to Luto bridge, where I saw a blue moblin, it stood snuffling around the middle of the bridge with its long nose. I got off Epona and tied her to a post.

"Watch out Link! That's a blue moblin, you'll have to fight it to get to the other side!" Sidon yelled to you from below the bridge.

"Be careful, Link!" 'y/n' yelled, which gave me confidence. I nodded down to them, and ran to fight it. I shot it twice leaving it weak enough for me to fight it with my sword. It hit me with its club and knocked the wind out of me.

"Link!" I heard 'y/n' scream with concern.

I stood up and drank an elixir that boosted my defense, after that I felt better. I got back up and knocked the club out of its hand. I grabbed the club and hit the moblin, making it fall over, it turned into purple smoke. I picked up the moblin guts, and my sword, continuimg forward.

"Good job Link, your almost to Zora's domain, keep up the good work!" Sidon yelled to me.

I saw a lightning wizzrobe ahead, I shot it in the head with a bomb arrow making it weak. Once it got back up, it spun around and turned invisible trying to figure out what hit it, but it was a lost cause. It then went back to hopping around in circles. 'One more hit and it would probably die' I thought. I hit it again with my bomb arrow, but it hasn't died yet. 'Dammit' I thought . I ran closer to it, and it saw me. Turning invisible as it summoned a lightning storm. Thankfully I still had my defense up and ran towards it. I hit it with the moblin club. It fell to the ground and turned into purple smoke leaving behind a lightning rod, which I picked up.

I turned the Corner and saw two more moblins. 'i don't have time for this' I thought. So I paraglided over them, without them noticing, and made it to Zora's domain, where Sidon and 'y/n' met me there.

"You made it! Good job Link!" Sidon said, flashing his smile at me.

'y/n' ran towards me and embraced me in a hug. "Thank the goddess your safe ..." She breathed out.

I hugged her back, putting my face into her shoulder "Me to..." I mumbled.

"Sorry to interrupt this reunion, but my father, King Dorpheon, needs to speak to link." Sidon said to both of us. We let go of eachother, and 'y/n' smiled at me.

"Let's go meet the king!" She said grabbing my hand, and dragging me along, behind Sidon as he led us to Dorpheon.
