Chapter 7 'The Lynel'

The bandage 'y/n' put on my arm was ready to come off, and just like she said, it was healed, completely. She told me that she was good with healing people, which was proven to be true. We made it the the water fall, and went up it together. It felt amazing to be able to go up a water fall, I never thought I would be able to experience that feeling until now. When we got to the top we stopped to catch our breaths. y/n's face was red, she was exhausted. That's when I realized we hadn't slept in 2 days. 'We can sleep after we got the shock arrows' I thought to myself.

"Right up there, is where the lynel is supposed to be, ok?" I signaled to the hill to my right.

"Ok." 'y/n' said.

Once we got to the top of the hill, we saw the lynel. It was huge, and could crush us like we were chuchu's.

"I'll distract it, and you grab the shock arrows' ok?" I said to 'y/n'.

"Are you sure, that's really dangerous?" 'y/n' questioned.

"I have to defeat Ganon you know?" I laughed. She didn't think it was funny.

"Yea, that's why I'm worried link...but if your sure, we can do that." She said assuringly.

"Yep, you just have to grab those arrows, and then we're good to go!" I said trying to cheer myself up.

"Ok, on your mark!"

"Ready...set...go!" I said.

The lynel noticed me first, thankfully. I ran away from 'y/n'. The lynel charged at me but I doged it.

"HURRY!" I yelled.

~'y/n' pov~

You grabbed 7 shock arrows' and then heard link yell 'hurry'. You have to hurry up. '13 more' you thought. You saw a pile of 5 arrows 10 feet away from you. You picked them up. '12 arrows, I need 8 more' you thouht. You saw two arrows across from you, and ran to pick them up. 6 more. You saw four arrows on a rock. You ran to the rock and got up on it, then you saw link fighting the lynel and knew that you needed to hurry up. '2 more' you thought picking up the arrows. Thankfully you saw 2 arrows on a tree, you ran to grab them. The first one was easy to pull out, but the second one wouldn't budge. 'CRAP!' you thought. The lynel noticed you, and started charging in my direction. 'oh shi-' you thought. The arrow came out and you dodged the lynel, and it's horn got stuck in the tree. You ran to link, and he grabbed your waist.

"Hold on!" He said to you, grabbing his paraglider and gliding down the side of the hill and down to Zora's domain.

You screamed, holding onto link with all your strength, putting your head in his chest. He held onto you tighter.

We landed right next to miphas statue, we stumbled and fell down. You landed right on top of link. You blushed. You got up off him and laid next to him. Link sighed, and we burst out in laughter.

"That was amazing!" You said loudly.

"It was..." He said out of breath. "...It really was."
