Sharma Farmhouse, Lonavala
5th December was the date decided for the wedding of Abhay and Saayra. Engagement Ceremony will be on 4th December followed by Haldi Ceremony on 5th December morning and Wedding in the evening.
All preparations for the wedding ceremonies were done on time including decoration, clothes shopping, jewellery shopping and gifts.
It was decided that wedding will be held at Sharma's farmhouse in Lonavala as it was big enough to accommodate 25-30 people. It had beautiful backyard where all the functions will be held.
Saayra looked at herself in the mirror today was her wedding. She was looking extremely beautiful in peach colour designer lehenga. Her hair were made in a messy bun and her makeup was on point. Her entire neck filled with jewellery.
Yesterday's engagement ceremony went peacefully. Everybody had fun including herself. She laughed, danced, joked with her cousins. She was not so sure about her to-be -husband. He was mostly silent and gave only small smile to everyone. He refused to dance when called for. She could understand what he was feeling inside and what pain he was going through. She sometimes looked at him and gave him small smile assuring him that everything will be okay.
The moment Saayra's eyes fell on Abhay she was mesmerized. He looked extremely good in the sherwani matching her lehenga colour. Abhay's eyes fell on Saayra who was continuously looking at him with awe. He raised his eyebrows and asked Saayra when she came and stood beside him.
"Kya hua?" Abhay asks
Startled Saayra nervously responds
"N...N..Nahi kuch nahi hua" She responds.
"Eshaan kaha hai?" Saayra asks
"Mumma k paas waha" Abhay points towards his mother.
Eshaan was looking extremely cute with his peach colour jumpsuit matching the colour theme of his parents and a pacifier in his mouth.
Saayra looked at Eshaan and giggled looking at his confused face after seeing so many people for the first time. Abhay gave a small smile in return.
Wedding Rituals started. Abhay tied Mangalsutra around Saayra's neck with pain inside his heart remembering the time when he tied Mangalsutra around love of his life's neck 5 years ago. Remaining rituals went smoothly and it was time for them to leave the farmhouse and go back to their house in Mumbai.
Saayra hugged her parents with tears in her eyes and bid them goodbye.
"Apna khyal rakhna" Suman says
"Jee Maa" she responds
Abhay helps Saayra to put her luggage in the car and sits on the driving seat. Saayra sits on the passenger seat with Anita in the back with Eshaan who is sleeping in his car seat.
Abhay starts his car and they leave for Mumbai.
