Rainstorm- Jennie

It was raining which meant plans for today were cancelled and I really wanted to go out today with my girlfriend who sadly was driving back in the rain. It's been a while since she last called me I hope she's okay. I thought to myself before picking up my phone "I hated rainstorms they reminded me of the day my aunt died. I called Jennie but it went straight to voicemail Maybe I'm overreacting. I thought before I went to make some tea and watch my favorite show/movie. An hour passed and still no sign of jennie now I was really starting to worry. I picked up my phone and called her voicemail again.

Jennie p.o.v

Traffic is really moving slow right now and I know y/n is probably worried sick . I thought to myself as I plugged my phone into the charger I had in my car and continued driving. I was driving a little slower than I usually would since it was harder to see with all the heavy rain pouring some people honked at me or went around but oh well some of us want to make it home in one piece. Eventually traffic went even slower and I saw police lights as I got closer there must have been an accident. As I got closer I could see it was in fact an accident and officers were directing people which way to go. "Ma'am you can't go this way" an officer said and I sighed "This is the way to my house if I go any other way it'll take longer" I said and he shrugged his shoulders "I'm sorry but you have to go another way" he said and I nodded rolling my window up. I was at an intersection getting ready to turn when someone slammed into me. "Ma'am, are you okay?!" I heard people but I didn't see anything and I slowly felt my self lose conciousness. 

Y/n p.o.v

I don't remember when I fell asleep but I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing I immediately answered the phone in hopes it was jennie but it wasn't instead it was the hospital "Ma'am are you still there?" the person on the other end said "Yes I'm here I'll be on my way shortly" I said and hung up the phone grabbing my car keys and coat heading out the door driving to the hospital. Once I made it I ran to the receptionist desk. "I'm here for Jennie Kim" I said and saw her laying in the bed and soon the doctor came back inside "so what's going to happen?" I asked him "she'll survive she has a broken leg and fractured rib and a few cuts and bruises from the glass breaking but other than that she'll be fine" he said and I nodded as he handed me some papers to fill out and left. I stayed by jennie until she finally woke up.

Jennie p.o.v

I woke up to bright lights in my face and immediately knew I wasn't home. "Y/n?" I said sitting up but my side was hurting "Lay back down" she said pushing me down gently "I'm fine it doesn't hurt that bad" I said and she shook her head "do you remember what happened?" she asked me and I nodded "I was about to turn when this truck came out of nowhere and smashed Into me" I said and saw y/n looking down like she was about to cry "hey don't cry I'm still here" I said and creased her cheek "I know but still what if you would have died in that accident?" she said looking at me "Y/n I promise I won't drive in a bad rainstorm like that ever again" I said giving her a small smile " I was planning to go on a date with you today but the rain stopped us now your in the hospital" she said "who says we can't have a date here let's get full off of hospital food and watch all the bad movies they might paly" I said and she smiled "I'm fine with that" she said and climbed in the bed behind me "I love you" "I love you too" she said and placed a kiss on my forehead.
