After his previous attack, Robin swiftly tucked his screwdriver away in the confines of his belt and from said belt emerged a new sort of weapon, it was powered by forces unknown; however, when Robin pulled the small trigger on it, the head spinned. The weapon also seemed to admit a horrible screeching noise when activated. Unsure of its powers, Karl assumed it best not to get to close.

For a moment or two Karl pondered what to do- how he could possibly win this battle in any situation; he then came to the conclusion, he dident need to win- he just needed to distract the man for a long enough period to run away from him. However, when Robin swiftly ran tword Karl- he was pulled back into the fleeting moments of reality. Karl ducked and avoided Robin's sloppy attack, nearly being cut by the mysterious, unknown weapon. He grabbed another garbadge bin, nearly identical from the one he used to free the child, and threw it at Robin.

"What the-?" Was all Robin managed to spit out befor being blind sighted with a barrel of rubbish. Seizing the small opportunity- Karl picked up GC with haste, running home with her safely tucked into his arms. She tossed only once, barley conscious but still awake enough to feel the blood rushing out of her- the blood itself clinging to Karl's arms as it slowly dripped down, staining his clothing with its dense liquid properties.

As Karl approached his home he swung open the door without hesitation, rushing GC to a comfortable bed to rest on. He then ran to grab his medical kit, treating GC's wounds as best he could. In all honesty, he had rarely ever used his medical kit- but in this instance it was vital for someone's survival so he would have to do the best he could. He then applied pressure to her wound, watching as she winced and pulled back- yet she was too tired to put up a fight, he was grateful for that. Wrapping the stab wound up in medical, he wanted to ask her so many questions but she seems to tired from her experience- he couldent even begin to imagine what had happened befor his arrival; therefor, he spoke only few words,

"Hello, you are in my home- so we shall be safe now. You should sleep for the rest of the night, you really need it." Was all he spoke befor pulling back the blankets to the bed, lying his new house guest down and gently pulling the covers up over her. He then took his exit, leaving the room.

Karl entered the kitchen after attending to the child, getting a glass of water for himself before sitting down and letting his mind run through a whirlwind of thoughts he had been previously suppressing. "Just who was that man?" "Why was he targeting such a young girl?" "Why did I feel the need to save her? I could have just left her there." "No, I couldent possibly have done that- right?" Were all thoughts that silently whipped through his mind. His head was too foggy- it made him nauseous. He then deicded he just needed some well deserved rest, might aswell considering the busy day tomorrow brought with its awakening.

Leaving his glass where he had last placed it, Karl stood up- not bothering to push his chair in as he did so. He walked to the living room as silently as he could as to not wake the sleeping child in the next room. He laid down upon his sofa since his bed was currently occupied by the little girl he'd just saved. With a sigh, Karl yawned and attempted to get comfortable on the stiff sofa- though within a short few minuts he had fallen asleep, drifting off into a dreamless slumber as the snow effortlessly whipped around the cold house, leaving a nice ambient noise for Karl to fall asleep to.
