Vegas was honestly upset, it was Macau and Tay, knocking on their door with such impatience. Vegas had to take care of Pete, because even though he was physically here his mind was wandering god knows where.

The moment Vegas carried Pete to his room Tay almost fainted but Macau chuckled. "We need to speak with Pete.." Tay nervously mumbled whilst looking at weirdly smiling Pete. "He is not here at the moment, he needs time to get his strength back." Vegas hummed and put Pete into bed, covering him with a blanket. "I don't know what you have dont to him, but I don't like it a single bit." Tay started to be angry, because he never saw anyone in a state like this. "He just pushed Pete to his edge, nothing more nothing less. Give Pete a break, we can still tell it to Vegas.." Macau hummed and patted Vegas' shoulder and with a chuckle he pulled Tay out of the room.

"What's wrong?" Vegas was not beating around the bush. "Tawan is the problem, he got in touch with Gun and they are plotting something." Tay hummed and nervously crossed his hands on chest whilst tapping leg. "I know, I have been watching them. They kept sneaking around Pete's studio." Vegas hummed and poured them water.

"Are you planning on doing something?" It was now Macau that asked, because he didn't want Pete to suffer more, yet he saw Vegas only shrugging his shoulders not saying anything. "I want Pete to be safe, so just take care of him.. Okay?" Macau hummed sipping water that Tay passed him. "Don't worry, Pete will be safe." They sat in the living room quietly until the moment Pete's phone rang. "Who's that?" Vegas frowned, this was a sign that someone bad called.

[What is it that you want?] Vegas picked the phone up after the fifth ring. [I want to speak with my son.] Vegas laughed dangerously. [This is not going to happen, don't call him ever again otherwise I will be the one calling you.] Vegas could hear how the person on the other side of the phone scoffed. [You aint calling me shit, you little prick. I want to speak with Pete, did something happen to him?] There was this tone of voice that Vegas knew really well. A worried tone from someone that never cared of Pete's wellbeing but only about money. [That is not definitely your business. Stop bothering him.]

Vegas hung up and blocked the number and deleted the information about the call.

"Do you think that was a good idea?" Tay was always the skeptical one about all the things Vegas had decided to do. "It's for his good, his father is trash." Vegas hummed and placed Pete's phone on the side.

"What did my father say?" Pete appeared right behind Vegas out of nowhere. "He just wanted to talk to you, but I said that he should stop bothering you from now on." Pete shrugged and poured water for himself, sitting on Vegas' lap without any shyness. "What were you discussing before I came?" No one wanted to say it, because they were worried about Pete and his mental health. He somehow shut everything he thought inside letting only Vegas know the smallest things.

"It's about my father and Tawan." Vegas mumbled and gently caressed Pete's neck where he had a lot of marks that were turning into small plums. "They are after me, I know.." Pete hummed like it would be just a small matter for him. "Why didn't you say so?" Vegas looked pissed off as he turned Pete's face so they could look into each other's eyes. "Well, it's obvious, why do you think I wanted you to clear the air with your father?"

There was this private war happening between Pete and Vegas, Macau nor Tay dared to disturb their eye contact.

"They broke into my studio a few days ago, luckily I managed to take everything away just in time." Pete hummed and touched Vegas' cheek. "So that's why you put all the designs into my old house?" Macau chuckled like a winner. "Yep.. That's why." Pete faintly smiled, "I hope that you don't mind me using your old house as my studio for now?" Vegas lifted an eyebrow and waited for Macau's reaction. "Nah, of course it's all yours just make sure that there will always be someone with you. That part of the town is quite dangerous." Pete nodded and they no longer talked about the issue that occurred.
