Maya Mel Ziegler born 30 September 2002, has been dancing with Abby since she was four years old and her and her twin sister Maddie always fights for number 1 girl.

Last week was amazing for me! I was in the highest scoring duet and group number!
"Okay girls let's go!" Miss Abby calls while I walk in for pyramid. I sit down next to Maddie. "Okay starbound, can we have a round of applause? Woohoo!" Miss abby cheers and we all clap.
"Okay Brooke, you blew them away, the people sitting around me were in awe when you did your handstand twist." Miss Abby says And Brooke smiles. "But why all the hip drama? If you are seriously injured, you don't need to go to your mother and get everybody worked up, you come to me and that needs to be very clear. Yes?" Miss Abby says and Brooke nods.
"I want to talk about this week's competition.." Miss Abby starts, I usually block out when she talks about competing in Pittsburg as she says the same thing everytime.
Miss Abby then turns the chalkboard around. "Do you see there's someone new ok top?" Miss abby says

"Yes Brooke, you are here because of your performance. You worked through an injury, you did what you had to do your a team player." Miss Abby says and Brooke smiles.
"You are getting a solo this weekend." Miss Abby says to Brooke. "Maya,Chloe and maddie you are also getting solos this weekend." Miss Abby says and I smile at Chloe and maddie.
"The next four on the bottom what am I suppose To do with you?" Miss Abby asks. "You need to step it up you need to get your butt back into class and start working on your technique." Miss Abby says to them.
"Since where in Pittsburg this weekend I'm gonna give every single one of you a solo." Miss Abby says. All the moms clap
2 hours later some of the girls have worked on there solos and I'm going into rehearsal to do mine.
*SOLO REHEARSAL* This week my solo is called reason to stay it's a lyrical routine and it's so pretty!
I go over my dance and it's my favourite solo so far! "Okay that turn was gorgeous." Miss Abby says to me while I do my turn combo.
"Okay you have a private tomorrow we can clean it and perfect it then." Miss Abby says and I nod "okay you dismissed." Miss Abby says to me and I leave the studio.
*DAY 2* The first thing I had today was my private with Miss Abby so I walk into studio B to work with her.
"Maya come here real quick." Miss Abby says while I go over my dance. "Okay so at the competition I'm making Maddie do two solos and I also want you to." Miss Abby says to me, I raise my eyebrows "so I'll be doing two solos?" I ask "yes." Miss Abby reply's and I nod my head. "what solo do you want to do?" Miss Abby asks me "maddies doing cry do you want to do the flashlight one?" Miss Abby says "yeah I'll do that one." I reply nodding my head "okay thank you." Miss Abby says.
