Maru: Alright, Alex, you know the farmer right?
Alex: not very well, but I've seen them around town a lot.
Maru: Have you noticed anything weird or off about them?
Alex: Yeah, the other day I was leaving the house to toss around my football, and I saw them digging in the trash.
Maru: wait, sorry they were digging in the trash?
Alex: yeah, and what was even more strange about it was the way the we're doing it.
Maru: how else could you possibly dig in the trash?
Alex: they took the lid off the trash can, and then just plopped it back on. Some of my grandma's cookies, ones that didn't turn out so well, fell out. And then I watched them eat the cookies.
Maru: that is um... [clears throat] interesting. Thank you for your time Alex.
