"Pretty ass." He muttered to himself before closing out the app and just laying there for a moment before standing up. Jalen sometimes felt bad that he entertained other girls while having a girlfriend but he was 19 years old-he knew he wasn't ready for an "adult" relationship as his mom described it.
They had gotten together when he was 17, she was 24.
Breah was now a 26 year old woman. Before they even became a couple he tried to explain he was only looking for something casual as he hadn't even graduated high school yet but Breah insisted that he was mature enough for a relationship, she even waited until he turned 18 to really bring up the idea of them going public. He shrugged, "They smell like they done." He sat on the counter island as he watched her put them back in the oven for an extra 2 minutes.
"What's on your mind?" Breah asked as she leaned against the stove. "You look like you wanna say something," She told him as she also hopped onto the counter, swinging her legs back and forth.
"Nah, I'm straight." He started doing the same motion as hers as the atmosphere became quiet.
"You could tell me anything," She said after a few minutes. "You know that, right?"
"Mhm." Jalen smiled reassuringly.
"Anyway, I wanted to talk you about something," She hopped to stand in front of him. She put her hands on his thighs as she looked up at him.
