Darwin: WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO YOU!!?

Clark: [coming downstairs] what are you telling about Darwin-- [sees gumball's face] who the hell did that to you!?

Gumball: [chuckling] I can explain..

{After explaining}

[Scene cuts to gumball and Clark sitting on the couch]

Clark: okay lemme get this straight, they started chasing you because you made them drop their food, until you ended up in a dead end of an alleyway and started jumping you??

Gumball: yup

Clark: ah crap, [bends down while grasping to his hair] this is all my fault, mom's gonna kill me...and I probably deserved that..

Gumball then places his hand on Clark's shoulder

Gumball: don't be Clark, look at the bright side, I just met the guy on they news, y'know the one who stopped a car from hitting a bus

Clark immediately lifts his head up and looks at gumball in surprise and in disbelief

Clark: wait, you did!?

Darwin: [showing up behind the couch] since when??

Gumball: back on the alleyway, where I got jumped at and saved me immediately

Clark: naaaah you're lying nah you it's not like he knew where you were

He turns his head left and right in disagreement

Gumball: why would I still be here if he wasn't there then? Also

[Hands a piece of paper that has a written phone number and gives it to Clark]

Clark: what's this?

Darwin: it looks like a phone number

Gumball: exactly it's his

Darwin and Clark: what his.. wait..
YOU MEAN-

Gumball: and before you guys yell about something in disbelief, yes.

"WHAT!!?"

Darwin: he gave you his phone number just that casually?

Clark: did he even hesitate or anything??

Gumball: nope, he simply gave me his phone number whenever I needed help, he even said I the only one to get it

Darwin: wha...

Clark: you're joking right

Anais: I guess we really are the chosen one aren't we?

Darwin: yeah-

They suddenly heard police siren outside and a knock from the door which Clark opened and sees no other than Dan Russel

Clark: oh hey officer.. what made you come here?

Dan: oh nothing, just some thugs that tried to hurt your brother

He moves aside and sees the same thugs who were chasing gumball with the police car behind them

Dan: thanks to your friend Larry, we were able to catch them last minute before they even escaped, except that one is still missing

Clark sees them and feels total rage inside but holds it and gives a fake chuckle to the cop with veins coming out from his forehead
