Once in a Blue Moon

Chapter 3

I walked back to my girls and hugged Sina so tight i popped somethings.
Hope they werent important.
"I love you sooo much!" I squeled letting go of her then looking at charline. I grabbed her before she could run.
"I love you so much too Charline."
"I. Luh-love. yuh. T-to." She wheezed out. Then I let go of her and she sat there gasping for breath. "Jeez, why are you so happy?"
"She's thinking about the sexy babies her and her mate are gonna have. AY those niños or niñas are gonna be muy Bonita!"
I blushed so hard because she was right. I was slick thinking about the beautiful kids we'll have. I've always thought about my mate since my dad told me about them. He always made it sound like a fairytale, I miss him so much. I love you dad, I hope you can hear me.. I found my mate and don't worry he'll know not to mess with me, but don't feel shy to show me you're still with me.

Then I heard a faint whisper.

It said 'I love you'.

I love you too dad. I faintly smiled.
"Amethyst, you ok? Your crying?"

Huh I didn't even know

"Yea my dad is here, he knows I met my mate. can we go home? I'm ready to go."
"Yea, yea I'm ready too it's almost 2:30 in the morning" they agreed.
"Yea we got training at eight, let's go."
We walked to the car and told my driver to bring us home. I didn't speak much, just looked out the window thinking of my father, he was my rock.
**FLASHBACK**
I was ten when he started showing the way of the pack used to have premonitions or vision telling him an uncertain future. I guess he saw himself dying by the rogue's claw. Every night, before I went to sleep he told me about the beautiful aspect of mates. About how even if they only know their name, they'll love you unconditionally anyway. How they can't get away from how they feel because you're the other half of the soul. as soon as your mated you can't stay away from each other. That you'll be with each other till the end. That when I find my mate, no matter what he is, I should love him because he is half of me and because he'll love me.. You only get one in a lifetime, I always wondered how my mom is still here if mates fall sick after their mate dies, and eventually die themselves. My mother told me it's because the moon goddess knew I needed to be raised and turned into a great lycan and alpha and once I find my mate, my mom's work will be done.
**END OF FLASHBACK**
Before I knew it we were infront of my house. I was still in deep thought until I heard my phone ring..
"Hey usted alcanzó amatista" (hey you reached amethyst)
"Hey beautiful, it's Brad."

...my sexy, sexy mate.
"Oh? Who?" I teased.
"Oh you think you're funny?"
"No.. I know I'm funny." I said laughing.
we both laughed for a minute and he asked some questions about my life.
"Excuse me alpha?" One of the nurses came to me.
"Yes Jannisa? Is something wrong?"
She hesitated to answer, her eyes darting and not looking at me straight. She looks very worried on how I'm going to react.
