Chanlix - Can we kiss forever?

So this is shorter than the rest and sad, so continue with caution.

p.o.v. Chan

My eyes were looking in his hopefully as I said my next words. I had been contemplating if I should tell him, but I was so tired of hiding it.
I decided to tell him now and there. My head started spinning as I thought of the possibilities. He could hate me.
My eyes searched for any kind of disgust as I spoke my next words. I didn't hear what I said, but I knew what it was.
"Felix, I love you." Were the words I said to him. His eyes widened a little, nothing too much, as if he was somehow expecting it. My world stopped spinning. Did he know? Did he try to make me fall in love so he could hurt me? No, that's not like him at all.
My thoughts spinned as I saw his lips move. No words entered my ears. I simply watched his lips move. "It's okay Channie, I love you too." was what his lips said. But I couldn't hear his voice.

That's when he leaned forward, grabbing my hands, placing them on his hips. Then his hands grabbed my face and pulled me closer.
Our lips touched and in that moment, I swore I could hear all the noise. His breathing, his heartbeat, his blood pulsing through his veins. I could hear them all.
And he could speak so loud through this kiss. My eyes slowly closed as my mind was filled with only one sentence. Can we kiss forever?
Both our lungs burned for oxygen when we broke the kiss, breathing heavily. Locking eyes again, a smile crept on our faces. "So precious" his lips said and I could hear him.
My eyes welled up with tears, same as his. "Thank you for being my soulmate, Chan." he whispered as he hugged me tight. "But you need to go back. This is my world, not yours. Go and live life to the fullest, I already had mine. I will wait for you here.", he said and I listened. "I don't want to go back." I replied and my voice sounded foreign to me. "You have to. Don't worry, we'll meet again one day.", Felix said as I realised feathers starting to grow out of his back. He caught my gaze again, mesmerising me. He quickly kissed me again. "Can we kiss forever?" I asked him once he broke the kiss. "Not yet.", he replied and I saw my body slowly dissolving. "Can we kiss till death breaks us apart?", I asked then and with tears in his eyes he nodded, pressing his lips on mine again.
The feathers out his back grew larger, forming two angel like wings, while my body slowly dissolved until I was no longer where Felix was. His warmth leaving my lips.
I woke up with tears in my eyes as I looked at the bed in front of me. The one my lover had just died on.
I grabbed his hand tighter, placing my lips on his again. "Please wait for me. I will life live to the fullest, just like you wanted me too, just wait for me.", I whispered against his lips.
It felt like a hand layed on my shoulder, he was present, even tho I couldn't see him. "Thank you love", I could hear his voice in my ears.
Then everything left, making me break down.
Please wait till we can kiss forever, Lixxie. I hope heaven found a good place for you.
