The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey
Ok, the first sentence to this book was agreeable and I knew I'd enjoy it once I finished the first page. Once I finished it, I had so many mixed emotions I had no idea how I should've reacted.
The good news is, that I know for a fact that this book will be adapted into a movie and it'll come out January 29, 2016. It is going to have Chloe Grace Moretz (who I love and think is perfect for the role) and I'm so excited. But I'm a little sad because Dylan O'Brien almost got the role of BEN PARISH, who you'll hopefully love in the book because I most certainly did! Dylan, however, said he was too busy with his schedule and all. Which I completely understand. With Teen Wolf, The Scorch Trials, and Deepwater Horizon he probably is busy.
Sorry, I'm so off topic. Anyway, The fifth wave is actually really good and usually I don't read Alien related books but for this one I actually enjoyed it and might read more. The main character, Cassie, may be surviving wave after wave with most of her family dead BUT she is actually so easy to relate to. I can't wait for it to get in theaters and see how it plays out! If you decide to read this book, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did because it has so many emotions tied together so you're satisfied with the way it was playing out.
